Two Free Gold Packs as Compensation by the FUT 14 Market Issues
If you have been playing Ultimate Team, you probably already know about the FUT 14 Market Issues. Most of the times, When you try to search something on the market you get no results. If you use filters, it is almost impossible to find anything. This problem has started a few months ago, when the number of items transferred on the market has increased. For many gamers, it was enough to make them quit of the game.
Fortunately, EA Sports has announced that they are already fixing this problem. It should be OK until the end of the next week. But there’s more. As compensation by the FUT 14 Market issues, all FUT 14 players will get two free gold packs.

Q: Why I can not sell these cards ?
A: Because they are untradeable. It is to avoiding people take advantage of owning several accounts. You can not sell them, transfer offers are not accepted and the discard price of these cards is zero. Use them to your own team, backup team or store them in your club
Q: I send the players’ cards to my club but I cant find it. Where they are ?
A: Go to ‘My Club’. They should be on the end of the list. The players are sorted by their discard prices.
Q: What should I do if I get the same player twice ?
A: You will need to sell one of them.
Q: What should I do if I get a player card that I already own ?
A: Sell the card you already own and keep with the untradeable card for you.
Q: When I should be able to sell the players I got in the free packs ?
A: Never.

“For the past several weeks we’ve been trying to solve an issue in Ultimate Team where users do not receive results while searching the Transfer Market. We completely understand how frustrating this has been and the lack of a fix has been a pain point for everyone.
We’ve been working on a fix and now believe we’ve now pinpointed the cause of the issue…so we hope to resolve it before the end of next week. We are in the final states of implementing and testing the fix before deploying it in the game.
But the wait for this fix has been too long, so to thank you for your patience we have gifted 2 free untradeable Gold Rare 25K packs – now available to all FUTers who created an account before April 1st.
