FC 25 ULTIMATE TEAM FIRST STEPS

Before start playing Ultimate Team, there are a few things you need to do first.

First Steps

We understand your eagerness to jump into the new FC cycle right away. However, it would be beneficial for you to pause and reconsider before rushing through every screen you encounter.

We’re here to assist you with your FC 25 Ultimate Team First Steps, especially if this is one of your first Ultimate Team seasons. Take a couple of minutes to explore our Walkthrough Guide, and you’ll be well-prepared to build your dream team.

Before you dive into gameplay, there are a few steps that allow you to further customize your team:

Choose your Starter Pack;
Pick a Player on Loan;
Choose your Kit;
Choose your Crest.

The Starter Pack

The first thing you will be asked is to choose your starter pack. All you have to do is to select a nation from nine available: England, Brazil, France, Argentina, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands. The country you select will put more players from that nationality on your starting squad, including your best-rated player.

If you already have a team-building plan in mind, consider it when making your choice. Once you select your desired nation, an animation will showcase your highest-rated player and reveal your squad for the first time. Keep in mind that your initial squad may not be very strong. However, the silver lining is that you’ve hit rock bottom, and the only way to go is up.

The Loan Player

The game will prompt you to add a high-rated loan player to your squad, providing your first opportunity to enhance your team. Keep in mind that Loan Players are limited-use items that can significantly boost your team’s overall performance. You’ll need to decide which player you want to replace and choose one from the five available loan players (don’t forget to check the complete list published on this page to plan your team in advance).

Your First Kit

Now that you have chosen your players, they will need something to dress. It’s time to customize your club, selecting the home and away kits you want to use. You have nine random options for each one to choose from. You will be able to change this later on.

Your First Crest

If you’re in the process of creating your own club, it’s essential to have a unique badge for it. That’s what you’ll need to do in this step. Choose the real-club badge you want to use from the nine randomly generated options provided. It’s important to note that you’ll have the opportunity to change the badge later once your club is fully prepared.

Club Summary

Once you have made your selections for players, kits, and badge, you will be presented with a club summary screen showcasing your choices. At this point, it is not possible to go back and make any changes, but you can confirm your selections and start playing. Congratulations, your Ultimate Team Club is now fully prepared and ready to go!

Loan Players List

In the second step, you can select only one position where you wish to replace your starter player with a popular player on loan. To assist you in making the best decision, we have provided a list of five available options for each position. Take your time to carefully evaluate and choose the option that suits your needs and preferences.
