Road to the Finals are special dynamic items assigned to a very limited selection of players who are playing UEFA Champions League, UEFA women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League competitions.

These special items are released on the RTTF promo and receive upgrades in the following cases:

Q: What are RTTF cards?
A: Road to the Finals (RTTF) cards are Special items given to a very small group of players, temporarily replacing their regular cards. They celebrate the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Europa Conference League knockout stages and can receive upgrades.

Q: What are the ratings of RTTF items?
A: FC 26 RTTF items launch with an initial boost to their overall rating and stats, with the possibility of further upgrades if specific conditions are met.

Q: How do RTTF items get upgraded?
A: Beyond their starting upgrade, players can earn up to five additional boosts during the UEFA club competition knockout stages, linked to progressing through rounds or winning the tournament.

Q: How long does it take for an RTTF item to be upgraded?
A: Any Road to the Finals upgrades are applied at the end of the week (Friday night) once the relevant stage of the competition has finished.

Q: Does a player need to play to earn upgrades?
A: No. RTTF Player Items upgrade based solely on their club’s progress, regardless of whether the player appears in any of the matches.

Q: What happens if a player transfers?
A: If a player leaves the club they represented at the start of the Road to the Finals campaign, their RTTF item becomes ineligible for any future upgrades.

Q: How can I get one of these cards?
A: Road to the Finals items are obtained like any other card: from packs or on the transfer market. To try packs, visit the store and purchase them with coins or FC Points. They can appear in any pack containing player cards, including free packs, with better odds in packs featuring more players. Some specific SBCs and objectives can also reward you with an RTTF item.
