EA Sports has released FIFA titles every year since 1993. However, it wasn’t until FIFA 18 that Electronic Arts introduced multiple editions of the same game, each offering unique content. The goal was to create tailored products that players could connect with, increase engagement, and boost revenue.
FC 26 is available in two editions: Standard and Ultimate. Each edition features distinct release dates, pricing, and exclusive pre-order offers.

Standard Edition Offers
All these offers are exclusives for pre-orders and are delievered as soon as you play UT for the first time in your console/PC.
You will receive a regular loan item of Bellingham which will let you use him in your UT squad for ten matches.
In the first player picks of the season, you will have to choose from six known players, 3 male and 3 female. You can only use him/her in your UT squad for up to ten matches.

Improve and personalize your player when starting a new Player Career.

Ultimate Edition Offers
FC Points and is the only offer that is not exclusive to pre-orders. All other offers are delivered as soon as you play Ultimate Team for the first time on your console/PC.

The Season Pass is a reward system that grants items as you level up during a season. By pre-ordering the game, you’ll get the Season 1 Premium Pass for free, unlocking even greater rewards.
Release Dates
For Football Club enthusiasts, the highlight of the Ultimate Edition is the early access privilege. While Standard Edition players must wait until midnight on launch day, Ultimate Edition owners can start playing a full seven days earlier.
The FC 26 trial begins four days before the official release but is limited to just 10 hours of gameplay, a restriction that may leave many players wanting more. Choosing the Ultimate Edition grants unlimited access to the full game, offering the ultimate head start.

If you share your console with someone, the rewards will be assigned only to the account used to buy the game. This cannot be changed.
