Road to the Final


The Road to the Final promo celebrates with dynamic items, objectives and SBCs the knockout stage of UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League.

These special items are released featuring a starter upgrade and boost in rating and stats every time their teams meet the following conditions:

  • Win/Draw a Round of 16 match (one-time and only for UCL, UEL, and UECL);
  • Advance to the next round.

Frequently Asked Questions
Road to the Final is a special item category given to a select group of players, replacing their standard cards for limited periods. These cards highlight players competing in UEFA knockout-stage tournaments: the Champions League, Women’s Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League. RTTF cards can be upgraded depending on real-world team performance.
FC 26 RTTF items are initially released with a boosted rating and stats. They can be upgraded later if certain conditions are met.
In addition to an initial upgrade, players also have the potential to earn additional upgrades during the Knockout Stages of UEFA club competitions:

  • Win/draw Round of 16 game
    +1 OVR;
  • Qualify for Quarter Finals
    +1 OVR, +1 Role++;
  • Qualify for Semi Finals game
    +1 OVR, +1 SM or WF;
  • Qualify for the Final
    +1 PS+ (+2 PS+ if the player only has 1 PS+);
  • Win the Final
    +1 OVR or 96 OVR, 5* SM or 5* WF.
UEFA Women’s Champions League
  • Win/draw 1st Quarter Finals game
    +1 OVR;
  • Qualify for Semi Finals
    +1 OVR, +1 Role++;
  • Win/draw 1st Semi Finals game
    +1 OVR, +1 SM or WF;
  • Qualify for the Final
    +1 PS+ (+2 PS+ if the player only has 1 PS+);
  • Win the Final
    +1 OVR or 96 OVR, 5* SM or 5* WF.
All upgrades for RTTF Player Items based on the ‘first match’ are determined by the outcome of the first game the player’s team plays after the item’s release. If a Player Item is released after the team’s initial knockout match, the upgrade will depend on the result of the next knockout game, including extra time or penalties if applicable.
Any earned Road to the Final Player Item upgrades will occur at the end of each week (Friday night) when a given stage has concluded.
No. Road to the Final Player Items receive upgrades based on their club’s progress, regardless of whether the player actually participates in any matches.
If a player is no longer registered with the club they represented at the start of the Road to the Final campaign, they will not be eligible for any further upgrades.
If a RTTF Player Item’s first match since their release is the second leg of the Round of 16 (except UWCL) and their club wins resulting in qualification for the next round, they’ll receive a double upgrade.
When a player qualifies for the Final, they receive a PS+, unless they already have one, in which case they receive an additional PS+.
When players win the Final, they receive 5★ Skill Moves or 5★ Weak Foot, along with an OVR upgrade. If their previous OVR is below 95, it is raised to 96; otherwise, they receive a +1 OVR boost.
You can obtain a Road to the Final item just like any other card: from packs or the transfer market. If you want to try your luck with packs, visit the store and buy them using coins or FC Points. These items can appear in any pack containing player cards, including free packs. Your chances of getting one are higher when opening packs with more player cards.

Completing specific SBCs and objectives may also reward you with an RTTF item.

Team 2 (UEFA Conference League): 28/05 to 30/05
Team 3 (UEFA Champions League): 31/05 to 02/06
