Road to the Finals are special dynamic items assigned to a very limited selection of players who are playing UEFA Champions League, UEFA women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League competitions.

These special items are released on the RTTF promo and receive upgrades in the following cases:

UEFA Europa League
UEFA Conference League

Win/draw Round of 16 game
+1 OVR;
Qualify for Quarter Finals
+1 OVR, +1 Role++;
Qualify for Semi Finals game
+1 OVR, +1 SM or WF;
Qualify for the Final
+1 PS+ (+2 PS+ if the player only has 1 PS+);
Win the Final
+1 OVR or 96 OVR, 5* SM or 5* WF.

UEFA Women’s Champions League

Win/draw 1st Quarter Finals game
+1 OVR;
Qualify for Semi Finals
+1 OVR, +1 Role++;
Win/draw 1st Semi Finals game
+1 OVR, +1 SM or WF;
Qualify for the Final

Q: What are RTTF cards?
A: Road to the Finals, commonly abbreviated to RTTF, is a Special item category assigned to a very limited selection of players, replacing their regular cards at specific times. These cards celebrate the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League Knockout Stage and can receive upgrades.

Q: What are the ratings of RTTF items?
A: FC 25 RTTF items are released with a starter boost on rating and stats. They can be upgraded later if they meet specific conditions.

Q: How does RTTF items get upgraded?
A: In addition to an initial upgrade, players have the potential to earn up to five additional upgrades during the Knockout Stages of UEFA club competitions, if they advance to the next round or win the tournament.

Q: How long does EA take to update a RTTF item?
A: Any earned Road to the Final Player Item upgrades will occur at the end of each week (Friday night) when a given stage has concluded.

Q: Does a player need to play to earn upgrades?
A: No. Road to the Final Player Items will receive upgrades based on their club’s progress regardless of whether or not they take part in any matches.

Q: What happens if a player transfers?
A: If a player is no longer registered for the club they represent at the start of the Road to the Finals campaign they will not be eligible for additional upgrades.

Q: How can I get one of these cards?
A: You can get a Road to the Final item in the same way as any other card: in packs or on the transfer market. If you want to try your luck on packs, you can go to the store and buy them with coins or FC Points. They can be found in any pack with players’ cards, including free packs. Finding one of these cards is higher if you open a pack containing more player cards. Completing specific SBCs and objectives may also reward you with an RTTF item.
