FC 25 World Tour items are obtainable as rewards by completing Season Progress objectives and refreshed every season.
World Tour
The World Tour is a brand-new concept in Football Club. Each season, EA will release a variety of Nation or League-themed content to help you build your World Tour Squad.
This may or may not include Live Friendlies, Squad Foundations, special Evolutions, or SBCs, but a World Tour item will always be part of the season rewards. All you have to do is to accumulate enough SP to redeem that item.
World Tour cards showcase players from the current featured league or nation with boosted attributes based on the game’s progression curve. In other words, the further along the season (and the higher the level), the better the card.

Frequently Asked Questions
FC 25 World Tour items are unique upgraded player cards that can be obtained by exchanging SP.
World Tour items are replaced by new ones each Season, which typically happens every six weeks. You can find them in the Objectives rewards list.
You won’t get World Tour items in Ultimate Team packs. Instead, you will need to collect SP by playing Ultimate Team and other game modes.
Compared to the regular card, the boost of World Tour items can go up several points.
No, FC 25 World Tour items are not dynamic.
