The Best Forwards

The forwards are the players who fall the most responsibility for scoring goals.

Most goals are scored with the foot, so good shooting is a must-have attribute for a forward. The physical attribute is also important. It’s made of three stats: jump, to score with the head; strength, to dispute the ball with the opponents; and stamina, to sprint in the goal’s direction.

Depending on the play and formation style, good shooting and heading may not be enough for a striker. However, the pace is essential, especially in games that privilege counter-attack.

Two out of the five most rated players in FIFA 23 are attackers from La Liga. They are superb players, but it isn’t easy to choose who is the best. Benzema is faster and has better passing stats, making him perfect for playing as CF. Lewandowski is stronger and shoots better.

For the third position, we suggest Depay, especially if you love 5-star skills. Other good alternatives in this league include Ángel Correa and João Félix.

There is a name you can’t leave out for low-budget teams: Iñaki Williams. If you play FIFA 23, you already know how good he is. If you have faced him playing against you, we are sure you remember him. When he starts running, no one can stop him. Join this to a good shoot and strenght stats, and you have a great attacker in front of you.
