What is the Most Consistent Team ?
Every year, EA selects 46 players with good performances throughout the whole season but that have never been chosen for the teams of the week (TOTW). To reward this regularity, EA launches two In Form (IF) teams for those who have never been. They are called the most consistent. One with gold players. The other with a combination of silver and bronze players. In FIFA 12, the release of these TOTY took place in early May and was also known for being responsible for the release of the first blue players cards.

Most Consistent Gold Team
The 23 gold players who were awarded with a In Form card for the first time belong to more than a dozen of leagues, including some outside of Europe.
The most famous were also those who have achieved a higher rating: 89 to Van der Vaart and Batian Schweinsteiger. However, the super players do not end here. In this TOTY, there was also an opportunity to reward the first season of Alexis Sanchez in Spanish League, the award for top scorer in the Portuguese League of Oscar Cardozo, the conquest of the Europa League by Diego, the contribution of Joleon Lescott in the triumph of the Premiere League and the exponential increase of popularity of Xherdan Shaqiri and Dede. However, it fell to Danny Simpson, to Roman Shirokov and to the champion Paul De Ceglie the biggest increases in attributes.

Most Consistent Siver/BronzeTeam
The silver/bronze team of most consistent players that have never been considered In Form (IF), is formed by eighteen players who have seen their ratings increased to 74, and five others who have reached the maximum of bronze, which is 64.
For those players who hold silver or even bronze teams opens up new horizons for strengthening the squad. The biggest highlights go to Alaba, for his great season on the European Champions League finalist, and to Sararer Immobile for having achieved an incredible increase of nine points.
