Rivals is an online mode in FC 27 Ultimate Team that rewards players with packs, picks, coins, and Champions Qualification Points.

Frequently Asked Questions
FC 27 Rivals is an online mode with ten divisions and the Elite Division. Players earn three points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a loss. Their weekly reward level depends on their division and the number of points earned before the competition ends.
Base and Upgrade Rewards are delivered at the end of the weekly competition, every Thursday. They can be claimed in Ultimate Team or through the Web App and Companion App.
Rivals rewards are divided into Base Weekly Rewards and Upgrade Weekly Rewards. They may include Coins, Packs, Player Picks and Champions Qualification Points.The full list is available on this page.
Base Rewards are earned by collecting between 15 and 29 points before the end of the weekly competition. The reward is determined by your division and current rank.
Upgrade Rewards are earned by collecting at least 30 points before the end of the weekly competition. They provide better rewards than the Base Rewards for the same division.
Once the weekly competition ends, you can claim your rewards in Ultimate Team or through the Web App and Companion App. Depending on the reward, you may receive Coins, Packs, Player Picks or Champions Qualification Points.
Yes. Packs can remain unopened in the Store and opened later. Coins, Champions Qualification Points and Player Picks are applied when the rewards are claimed.
