A: You only get a free Hero item if you have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition before August 20. If it is your case, you will receive it on November 25.
Q: How do I receive my Hero pre-order item?
A: If eligible, your untradeable Hero player item will be delivered in the form of a Hero pack starting November 29. When you open the pack you will receive one untradeable Hero to add to your Club.
