EA Sports has released FIFA titles every year since 1993. However, it wasn’t until FIFA 18 that Electronic Arts introduced multiple editions of the same game, each offering unique content. The goal was to create tailored products that players could connect with, increase engagement, and boost revenue.
FC 26 is available in two editions: Standard and Ultimate. Each edition features distinct release dates, pricing, and exclusive pre-order offers.
FC 26 Standard Edition
Until the offers for FC 26 are announced, the ones you’ll find on this page are for the previous title. You can use them as a reference since historically, they have significant similarities.
Standard Edition Offers
All these offers are exclusives for pre-orders and are delievered as soon as you play UT for the first time in your console/PC.
You will receive a regular loan item of Bellingham which will let you use him in your UT squad for ten matches.
In the first player picks of the season, you will have to choose from six known players, 3 male and 3 female. You can only use him/her in your UT squad for up to ten matches.

Receive a starting boost to use with your Pro in Clubs.
Improve and personalize your player when starting a new Player Career. Also, play with 3 Icon Players: Beckham, Zidane and Ronaldo Nazário.

Ultimate Edition Offers
FC Points is the only offer that is not exclusive to pre-orders. Except for the Prime Hero item (November 28), all other offers are delivered as soon as you play Ultimate Team for the first time on your console/PC.
FC 25 Ultimate Edition includes all Standard Edition offers

You don’t have to wait until the launch date to start playing FC 25. The Ultimate Edition unlocks your game seven days earlier, so you can play the full game at midnight without any restriction. - FC Points

This evolution will allow you to select an 82 (or less) rated striker of your choice and improve their overall rating with Powershot Plus. - Early Access Rush Rewards
It includes Doubled Bonus Points when playing Rush with Friends, aHead start on FC Hub Season 1, and Special Rewards and Content in FUT and Clubs. - Untradeable Hero Items
Those who pre-order FC 25 Ultimate Edition before August 20 receive a random Origin Hero Player item on September 20, which is upgradedto the Prime version on November 28, and that can be used freely in your team but cannot be sold. - Greats of the Game
The Ultimate Edition not only boosts your FC 25 team but also enhances your FC 24 squad if you pre-order before August 20. By purchasing it, you will immediately receive an Icon or Hero card in the GOTG version.
Release Dates
For Football Club enthusiasts, the highlight of the Ultimate Edition is the early access privilege. While Standard Edition players must wait until midnight on launch day, Ultimate Edition owners can start playing a full seven days earlier.
The FC 26 trial begins four days before the official release but is limited to just 10 hours of gameplay — a restriction that may leave many players wanting more. Choosing the Ultimate Edition grants unlimited access to the full game, offering the ultimate head start.

If the price were identical, the Ultimate Edition would undoubtedly be the preferred choice. It’s logical, considering it encompasses all the offerings of the standard edition and adds several more. This is why it comes with a higher price tag.

Ultimate Edition includes seven days of early access, which means players can start playing from September 19, 2025.

If you share your console with someone, the rewards will be assigned only to the account used to buy the game. This cannot be changed.
When you start FC 26 for the first time (not counting with the Trial or Web App), go to the UT store and your offers will be there. Keep in mind that some offers are only delivered later.
Only those who have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition before August 19, receive untradeable Hero player items. The Prime Hero item is only delivered on November 27.
