FC 26 CHEATERS
If you were victim of cheating or abuse, report it immediately.
Follow the Rules
When you create your EA Account, you agree to play by fair rules designed to maintain the integrity of Football Club and ensure a positive experience for everyone. If you encounter someone breaking these rules, you have the option to report them.
You can also report abusive behavior or content that violates EA’s guidelines, such as anything harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, degrading, intimidating, or discriminatory.
While games are meant to be enjoyable and foster creativity, exploration, and connection, harassment is an unfortunate reality. If you experience harassment or feel threatened while engaging in Football Club, please don’t hesitate to report it.
Reporting
There are multiple ways to report harassment: you can report it in-game via your console, online through the platform where the toxic behavior took place (such as X), or directly to the EA Help team at help.ea.com. When you report harassment, you’ll be asked to provide details to help address the issue.
This includes identifying the type of incident (e.g., real-life threat, player behavior, website), describing what happened, specifying the platform where it occurred, sharing the time and location of the incident, and submitting any additional details or evidence, such as screenshots.
Moreover, incidents during EA events or involving EA partner programs, such as Game Changers, can also be reported. EA maintains high standards for its partners and expects them to reflect its values. If an issue arises, EA will investigate and work with its Trust and Safety team to take the appropriate actions, which may include removal from programs or permanent exclusion from all EA games and services.
Due to privacy policies, Electronic Arts may not always share the outcomes of investigations or actions taken against another player’s account. However, rest assured that all reports are reviewed thoroughly by EA’s staff. Each report is taken seriously, and a review process is initiated within 24 hours of submission.
Regardless of a player’s background or appearance, video games should be a safe space for everyone to enjoy. There is zero tolerance for FC 26 cheaters, and EA is dedicated to maintaining fair and enjoyable gameplay for all.
