Staff Items
FC 27 Staff is one of the four item categories in Ultimate Team, designed to enhance squad chemistry.
You can keep an unlimited number of manager items in your club, provided there are no duplicates. Any duplicates can be stored on the transfer list or as targets, limited only by the list’s capacity.
Activating staff requires no additional steps: simply send them to your club. To benefit from chemistry boosts, make sure at least one of your managers is on the bench.
How to Buy a Staff Item
- From the main Ultimate Team screen, navigate to [Transfers];
- Select [Transfer Market];
- Press R1/RB to navigate to [Staff];
- Use the filters available to find the wanted result and press triangle/Y;
- Once in the ‘Live Search Results’ screen, use R1/RB to move to the next page until you find the card you want;
- Press X/A and place a bid or select [Buy Now] to guarantee the item.
Contribute to Chemistry
The selected manager can increase a player’s chemistry at the beginning of a match if they share the same league and/or nationality.
If both the league and nationality match, the bonus remains the same. However, if a player already has maximum chemistry, a manager is not needed since there is no further improvement possible.
