FC 27 CHEATERS
If you were victim of cheating or abuse, report it immediately.
Follow the Rules
When creating your EA Account, you agree to follow fair play rules that uphold the integrity of Football Club and ensure a positive experience for all players. If you come across someone violating these rules, you can report them.
You may also report abusive behavior or content that breaches EA’s guidelines, including anything harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, degrading, intimidating, or discriminatory.
While games are intended to be fun, encourage creativity, and foster connections, harassment can occur. If you encounter harassment or feel threatened in Football Club, please report it immediately.
Reporting
There are several ways to report harassment: you can do so in-game via your console, online through the platform where the abusive behavior occurred (such as X), or directly to the EA Help team at help.ea.com. When submitting a report, you will be asked to provide information to help resolve the issue.
This includes specifying the type of incident (for example, real-life threat, player behavior, or website), describing what happened, indicating the platform, sharing the time and location, and providing any additional evidence, such as screenshots.
Incidents during EA events or involving EA partner programs, such as Game Changers, can also be reported. EA holds its partners to high standards and expects them to reflect its values. If an issue arises, EA will investigate and collaborate with its Trust and Safety team to take appropriate measures, which may include removal from programs or permanent exclusion from all EA games and services.
Due to privacy policies, Electronic Arts may not always disclose the outcomes of investigations or actions taken against another player’s account. Nevertheless, all reports are thoroughly reviewed by EA staff. Each submission is treated seriously, with a review process initiated within 24 hours.
Video games should be a safe space for everyone, regardless of a player’s background or appearance. FC 27 cheaters are not tolerated, and EA is committed to ensuring fair and enjoyable gameplay for all.
