FC 27 is available to play in nearly twenty different screen and audio languages.

Screen Language

FC 27 supports up to 21 screen languages. This includes the language used for menus, interface elements and subtitles.

FC 27 determines supported languages based on your purchase location. This means certain regions, like the UK, may not include languages such as Chinese and Korean. To ensure you can play in your native language, always check the available options in your region.

If the game isn’t in your preferred language when you start, switching it is simple. On PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, FC 27 prompts you to select a language upon login: just scroll through the flags and choose yours. For current-gen consoles, this option isn’t available at launch, but you can change it later in the game settings.

How To Change the FC 27 Screen Language

From the main FC 27 screen, navigate to [Settings];
Select [Settings] and then [Game Settings];
Use the Right Stick to move to [Language Select];
Select your preferred screen language;
Download the required language files if prompted.

The PC versions available through the EA app, Steam and Epic Games Store support all the languages listed below. On consoles, availability may vary depending on the platform and the region where the game was purchased. You can find more detailed information about regional versions in the FAQ.

Interface, subtitles and full audio languages remain unchanged

Audio Language

FC 27 includes full audio and commentary support in 14 languages. Availability may vary according to your platform, purchase region and installed language files.

Additional downloads may be required even when a commentary language is supported. On PC, text and commentary languages other than English and the language selected in the EA app, Steam or Epic Games client require a separate download. On PlayStation, commentary languages other than English and French require an additional download. On Xbox, this applies to languages other than English and the language selected in the console settings.

How To Change the FC 27 Commentary Language

From the main FC 27 screen, navigate to [Settings];
Select [Settings] and then [Game Settings];
Use R2/RT to navigate to the [Audio] tab;
Scroll down to [11-A-Side Audio] or [Rush Audio];
Select [Commentary Language] and choose your preferred option;
If prompted, download the required commentary language files.

If the selected commentary language is not downloaded, FC 27 may revert to English. From the same menu, you can also adjust commentary volume, stadium ambience and other match audio settings.

The PC storefront lists do not include full Portuguese commentary from Portugal. Portuguese – Portugal is available for the interface and subtitles, while the Brazilian Portuguese option includes full audio.
