How it Works


By watching designated FC Pro broadcasts on Twitch or YouTube for a set amount of time, you can earn seasonal points and untradeable packs as viewership rewards. Completing specific FC Pro-related objectives may also unlock additional in-game rewards.

In summary, to receive in-game rewards, follow these steps:
  1. Link your YouTube or Twitch account to EA;
  2. Watch the required duration of an eligible FC 27 Pro event;
  3. Return to your Ultimate Team club and claim your objective before the deadline. Note that there may be a 24-hour delay in processing, so be sure to try claiming the objective again before the window closes.

Linking Accounts


When you have your Twitch/Youtube and EA accounts linked to each other and tune in to an eligible event, you earn a viewership reward.

How to Link your EA Account to Twitch Accounts
  1. Go to the Twitch and sign in into the account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards (create a new account if you don’t have any);
  2. Enter your EA Account info on the [Connect with Twitch] screen and click [Next];
  3. Enter your security code and click [Log In];
  4. Click the [Yes, link them] button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.
How to Link your EA Account to YouTube Accounts
  1. Go to the Youtube Settings page;
  2. Link your EA Account by clicking [Connect] next to Electronic Arts;
  3. You’ll be asked if you want to allow Electronic Arts to Connect accounts and watch approved events and videos for a chance to win in-game rewards. Click [Connect];
  4. Confirm your EA Account. If it’s not the the account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards, click [Not your account?] to switch to the right one (create a new account if you don’t have any).
  5. Click [Continue]. If you have Login Verification turned on, you’ll be asked to verify your identity;
  6. Click [Link Accounts].

How to Get FC Pro 27 Viewership Rewards


You can collect rewards regardless of whether you’ve watched an eligible event on Twitch or YouTube.

  • Twitch
    While watching Twitch broadcasts, monitor your progress toward Drops on the Drops Inventory page. Once you reach 100% progress for an active Drop, a claim notification appears at the top of Twitch. If you don’t claim it immediately, you have up to 24 hours after the campaign ends to claim it from the Drops Inventory page.

  • YouTube
    For most YouTube Drops, no manual claiming is needed. After reaching the required watch time and completing the associated in-game objective, rewards are automatically granted within 24 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
If your EA and Twitch/Youtube accounts are linked, all you have to do is watch a selected stream.
Here is how to claim your reward.

Twitch
  1. You can monitor your progress at any time via the Drops Inventory page.
  2. Once you reach 100% progress for an active Drop, a claim notification will appear at the top of the Twitch navigation bar.
  3. If not claimed immediately, you can still claim the reward within 24 hours after the campaign ends.
YouTube
  1. In most cases, manual claiming is not required.
  2. After meeting the watch time and completing the related in-game objective, your reward is delivered within 24 hours.
You will earn a viewership reward for tuning into at least 15, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on the event. Please see the objective descriptions for watch time requirements.
It may take up to 24 hours after redeeming viewership rewards for them to appear in your account. Once earned, the rewards will also complete the related Ultimate Team objective, allowing you to claim your prize.
It’s easy to link EA and Twitch accounts. Just go to the dedicated page or follow the instructions published on this page.
If you linked the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account, don’t disconnect EA from your Twitch in the settings because it won’t unlink them. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on ea.com and go to your [Profile] page;
  2. Choose the [Connections] tab, then delink the Amazon profile;
  3. Click [Contact Us] at the top of help.ea.com;
  4. Choose FC 26 as your game;
  5. Pick the platform you play on;
  6. Click [Manage my account] for the topic;
  7. Click [Account linking issue] for the issue;
  8. Click [Select contact option];
  9. Click the link that says, click here to unlink with our tool.
Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to remove your accounts from Twitch, too.

  1. Go to twitch.tv;
  2. Go to your [Settings];
  3. Click [Connections];
  4. Scroll down to [Other Connections];
  5. Click [Disconnect] next to Electronic Arts.
Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the proper EA Account to start getting your rewards.
Your viewership rewards will be awarded on the EA account associated with the first platform you log into FC 27 after claiming the reward on Twitch or YouTube.
FC 27 Pro viewership rewards are available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
