FC 27 FOUNDATIONS SBC
Foundation SBCs are available from launch. They are designed to teach beginners how to complete Squad Building Challenges.
Foundation SBCs
Foundation SBCs, previously called Basic Challenges, let you submit squads in exchange for rewards. They were created to teach players how Squad Building Challenges work.
These challenges guide beginners through the SBC process. You begin by submitting a single bronze player, and as you progress, the requirements become more complex, gradually introducing multiple conditions.
Since all these challenges involve squad management, Foundation SBCs can be completed on the Web App, the Companion App, or directly on your console or PC.
How to Access the Foundation SBCs
- From the Ultimate Team main screen, use R1/RB to navigate to [SBC];
- Press R1/RB again to go to [Foundations];
- Move to the right to go to the SBC you want to do.

FC 27 Foundation SBCs are challenges specifically designed to educate players on how to engage with SBCs.
FC 27 Foundation SBCs do not reset. They are available from launch and remain accessible until the end of the game.
You should try to complete them as soon as possible. Foundations Challenges are straightforward and can be finished in just a few minutes using players from your starter packs that you don’t need.
