Promos
Throughout the FC 27 lifecycle, Electronic Arts releases multiple events designed to engage the community. FC 27 promos are time-limited and typically feature special player items along with other offers such as Objectives, Evolutions, and SBCs.
From the first campaign through Pre-Season, new FC 27 promos appear almost every week. Although EA Sports rarely provides exact dates for each promo, several recurring events return annually, making their arrival highly probable.
FC 27 Promo Schedule
Our vast experience allows us to predict the calendar of FC 27 promos with a high degree of success.
Iconic Ultimate Team events such as FUT Birthday, Winter Wildcards, Ultimate Scream, Future Stars, Team of the Year, and Team of the Season are expected to return to Football Club 27 around their usual times, featuring special items. However, some events might launch on different dates, under new names, or sometimes not be released at all.

Cornerstones
Cornerstones shines a spotlight on players who form the backbone of their clubs: trusted leaders, long‑term signings who have made an impact, and young talents stepping up to central roles. Cards come with permanent upgrades and a +2 Club Chemistry link, reinforcing their status as the central pillars of your Ultimate Team.
Ratings Reload
Ratings Reload is a community-driven Ultimate Team promo that addresses player rating controversies, reflecting EA’s commitment to responding to fan feedback about underrated players. It features upgrades in the six face stats of most-voted players.
Road to the Knockouts
The third event of Football Club 26 celebrates the league stages of UEFA Champions League, Women’s Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League. RTTK is mainly known for its dynamic items, upgraded based on the teams’ results (2 wins; goals in 4 matches; two top positions).
Ultimate Scream
Ultimate Scream is a special event that celebrates Halloween with themed cards and a spookie atmosphere. The promo features players who receive unique items with eerie designs and stat boosts that capture the spirit of the season, including Heroes.
Ballon D’Or
The Ballon d’Or promo is a four-day promotion that highlights the standout players from the gala of the same name, granting loan themed items to those who log in.
Centurions
Centurions is a promo that celebrates longevity in football, combining more than 100 caps, goals, assists, or clean sheets. The special items released during this event include the first new Icon versions of the season.
Pro Live
FC 27 Pro Live is a promotional event centered around an e-sports competition, where dynamic items linked to each Pro player receive upgrades based on their real-life tournament performance.
Black Friday
Black Friday is one of the shortest yet most profitable events of the year. It features hourly promo packs, lightning rounds, flash SBCs, re-released top TOTW items, and various other offers.
Radioactive
The Radioactive promo introduces special cards into the game that make a greater contribution to chemistry. They automatically get two Chemistry points when starting in their preferred positions without needing any links from other players.
Winter Wildcards
Winter Wildcards, Freeze, and FUTMas are different names for an Ultimate Team event designed to celebrate the holiday season. The event features three squads of special items, upgraded versions of Heroes and Icons, and daily player SBCs.
Team of the Year
Team of the Year is one of the oldest and most popular events in Ultimate Team. It celebrates the best eleven players of 2025 with special items featuring exciting upgrades.
Future Stars
The Future Stars event focuses on promising young talents, released through packs, objectives, SBCs, and swaps. These players receive special items reflecting the potential ratings they could achieve at the peak of their professional careers.
Fantasy FC
The Fantasy FC promo focuses on games from the top domestic European leagues. A selection of players, including Heroes, made available through packs, SBCs, and objectives, may receive upgrades based on personal performance and their team’s performance, particularly in terms of bookings, goals, assists, clean sheets and final results.
Ultimate Birthday
Ultimate Birthday is a two-weeks event created to celebrate the Ultimate Team game mode anniversary. It includes many offers, but the most interesting ones are the special items with boosted ratings and 5* weak foot/skills changes released in two teams (incuding Icons and heroes), objectives, and daily SBCs.
Road to the Final
Road to the Final is a replica of the RTTK event, but in this case, player items receive upgrades if their teams win or advance at select times during the knockout stages of the competitions. Instead of following the usual event format, RTTF is released through SBCs and the release of the winners from the four UEFA competitions in packs.
Team of the Season
Released annually since FUT 12, the TOTS event features multiple squads of special items over seven weeks, celebrating the best players of the football campaign across Europe and around the world.
Shapeshifters
The Shapeshifters promo is one of the final and longest-running events of the FUT cycle. It features special items given to select players who receive unique position changes and significant attribute boosts.
FUTTIES
The FUTTIES event celebrates the best of everything in Ultimate Team 26 by bringing back some of your favorite content, including SBCs, objectives, and ‘Best Of’ items. It also features new special items voted on by the community.
Pre-Season
Pre-Season is the last event of the Football Club cycle. The offers list includes rewards for the next title you can win by completing squad building challenges and objectives in FC 27.

The lineup of Ultimate Team events changes each year, but some promos are consistently released annually. For FC 27, we expect a variety of promos, including Black Friday, Road to the Final, Future Stars, Birthday, Team of the Season, and Pre-Season.
The later an event occurs, the better the rewards tend to be. The final promos of the game’s lifecycle usually feature high-rated cards, although many players may have stopped participating by then.
FC 27 campaigns can be as short as four days or as long as five weeks, as seen with Team of the Season. However, most UT events typically last for two weeks.
Team of the Season and Team of the Year are among the longest-running promos in Ultimate Team history. They have been released every year since FIFA 12 and FIFA 13, respectively.
Except in rare cases, FC 27 campaigns are released on Fridays.
