A: Fantasy Hero items can earn up to a +1 IF upgrade, determined by the form of a specific associated former club over their next four domestic league matches:

They may also gain an extra upgrade if that club wins a domestic title.

Q: Do players have to play?
A: Fantasy includes both team‑based and individual‑based upgrades. A Player Item can earn the ‘Win’ and ’10 goals’ upgrades even if the player does not appear in the four matches. However, they only qualify for the ‘Appearances’ and ‘Goals/Assists/Clean Sheet’ upgrades if they personally achieve those conditions in their club’s next four games.

Q: What counts as an assist?
A: Assist statistics are provided by Stats Perform and count when a player delivers the final touch before the goalscorer puts the ball in the net.

Q: What counts as a clean sheet?
A: A clean sheet is awarded to a defender or goalkeeper who does not concede a goal while on the pitch and plays at least 60 minutes. If they are substituted before a goal is scored, and they have already played 60 minutes, they still qualify for the clean sheet upgrade condition.

Q: What matches count for Fantasy tracking?
A: Only domestic league matches count for Fantasy upgrade eligibility. The first eligible league match must kick off after the item has been released.

Q: How long do upgrades take?
A: Once a Fantasy player meets an upgrade condition, the earliest the related item will be updated is the following Wednesday.

Q: What happens if a player transfers?
A: If a player leaves the club for which their item was released, that item is no longer eligible for any future upgrades.
