What exactly is the EA Play 2018?
EA PLAY is designed to connect audiences around the world, and bring them closer to the games they love. Whether in person or online, EA PLAY 2018 will connect fans around the world to EA’s biggest new games through live broadcasts, community content, competitions and more.
Those that can attend in Hollywood will experience hands-on gameplay, live entertainment and much more. For anyone joining digitally around the world, EA PLAY will feature live streams, deeper looks into EA’s upcoming games and experiences, and content from some of the best creators in the community. For players, content creators, media, industry partners and more, EA PLAY 2017 will deliver a network of experiences to celebrate a world of play.
The players are at the heart of everything on EA PLAY. The idea is pretty simple – bringing more of them, all around the world, more access, and more play. The massive, free EA PLAY FanFest will feature hands-on gaming stations, demos, live music and more, while a networked experience will connect online players with their favourite games, content creators and each other.
This event will take place from June 9 to June 11, 2018 at The Hollywood Palladium.

What will happen on EA Play 2018?
EA PLAY is heading back to the city of stars this June, and EA are bringing you the biggest games of the year.
At the core of EA PLAY is you – players and communities. EA PLAY is a place to connect with EA’s games and each other, whether you’re joining in person, online or through your favourite content creators and community leaders. It’s all about giving you early access to EA’s games, listening to your feedback, and most importantly, having fun with some of the biggest games in the world. And best of all, tickets are free.
The annual three-day event will include more hands-on experiences at the Palladium for players attending the event, while some of the biggest global community creators in the world will be sharing early game footage and live streams directly from the show floor for players viewing from home. EA will also have a rich online content program via EA.com with breaking news, stories, live content and more to take you deep inside your favourite games.
What games, you ask? At EA PLAY 2018, you will have a chance to play the next Battlefield™ experience, new EA SPORTS™ games, and get an inside look at the stunning new action game, Anthem™. The Sims™ 4 and mobile games will be on hand, and of course, EA has a few surprises as well. If you are able to make it to Hollywood, EA has a lot in store for you: hundreds of game stations, awesome game demos, lots of experiences for attendees and families, including music, art, food and entertainment for everyone.
During EA Play 2018, there are many things to do and to watch. Here is a full list of events and activities:
✔️ At noon PDT on Saturday, June 9 EA will begin the weekend of EA PLAY with an all-new broadcast experience specifically designed for the players viewing around the world, with a live audience in Hollywood. Be sure to tune in as EA celebrate their amazing players and their biggest games of the year ahead.
✔️ Hundreds of EA’s global community creators will be participating in the EA Game Changers Creators Cave, in the heart of the Hollywood Palladium. This dedicated space provides opportunities for their creators to capture early game footage, edit content to share, live stream directly from the show, and to interact with their studio development teams.
✔️ At the centre of the onsite event will be a Player Fanfest that will feature over 140 hands-on gaming stations, demos, live music and more.
All of these elements have been built with both players attending in-person and those viewing online in mind. So if you can’t attend in person, you still will have the chance to catch all the action including their EA PLAY show experience, live interviews, in-depth gameplay walkthroughs, competitions and behind-the-scenes looks at EA PLAY. For those at home, EA is inviting players to tune in to “Live @ EA PLAY”, a 90-minute show streamed live from L.A. on EA.com. This special broadcast will bring viewers inside EA PLAY with in-depth gameplay walkthroughs, conversations with the development teams and behind-the-scenes looks at EA’s hottest games.

EA Play 2018 Registration
How to enter on the EA Play 2018
Getting a ticket to the EA Play 2018 is a 3-step process. Here is how it works:
1 PRE-REGISTRATION
Click START PRE-REGISTRATION here to reserve your ticket. Once you’ve pre-registered for your ticket, you will have the opportunity to complete your registration on May 25.
2 REGISTRATION
On May 25 at 9am PST, EA will notify pre-registered ticket holders that you can now select a show day or book a gameplay session. These sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3 REGISTRATION
Once you have confirmed your show date or gameplay session, you will receive a confirmation email with your personalized QR code. Don’t forget to bring your email/printout with you to EA Play 2018.
On a first-come, first-serve basis there are two ways to play games at EA Play 2018:
1 GAMEPLAY TICKET
If you pre-register, you will have the chance to book a gameplay session for one game. Gameplay ticket holders will have priority access to EA Play 2018.
2 STAND-BY LINE
If your favorite game is fully booked in advance, you still have a chance to get hands-on by jumping into the standby line once inside EA Play 2018.
FIFA 19 Event
The first FIFA 19 News
As you probably know, EA Play is a three-day off-site event that is open to the public. From June 9 (Saturday) to June 11 (Monday), instead of announcing the FIFA 19 news at E3, as it was usual before FIFA 17, Electronic Arts do it on EA Play.
It is officialy confirmed that FIFA 19 will be introduced to the world, for the first time, on the EA Play 2018. More exactly, the first details of FIFA 19 will be unveiled in a special event that will start on June 9 at 7pm (UK time).
