2000

In 2000, FC Barcelona fell short of securing a third straight La Liga title; nonetheless, Patrick Kluivert found success and ended the season as the club’s top goal scorer with 15 goals. He continued his goal scoring form on the international stage at Euro 2000, winning the golden boot with five goals for the Netherlands.

Despite a semi-final exit, Kluivert’s form and goals also earned him a place in the UEFA Team of the Tournament.
