Halloween is a celebration observed in a number of countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows’ Day. Better known as Ultimate Scream, this is an event created to celebrate this day.
It runs from October 18 to November 3, 2019.
The Halloween event was released for the first time ever in FIFA 16.
During the FUT Halloween promotion, Electronic Arts releases several FUT pack offers, themed kits, Ultimate Scream items, squad building challenges and dynamic Objectives. This promotion is not one of the most popular but it is still important because it is one of the firsts.

Ultimate Scream items are available in packs during the duration of the event. Each squad is available in packs for one week.
No. Some players are made exclusively available via objectives and squad building challenges.
They can be found in any pack with players cards. Obviously, the chances of finding one of these items are higher if you open a pack which contains more player cards.

Ultimate Scream is a special item category assigned to a very limited selection of players, replacing their regular cards on specific times.
Ultimate Scream players will have a unique item shell. They are the first squad to receive a permanent upgrade.

Yes. You can use Ultimate Scream players in any FUT game mode, including FUT Champions and Squad Building Challenges. When Ultimate Scream items are boosted, they can be used in any SBC at their higher rating.
The Ultimate Scream Team is a curated list of players who have been chosen based on exceptional real world performances, records and FUT attributes.
Yes. You can trade the Ultimate Scream items you find in packs. You can also potentially acquire them from the Transfer Market.
