Many of FIFA Ultimate Team players may find this article unnecessary, but the truth is that this is still a very common question. And it has its reason for being. FUT cards were launched into new colours and the only explanations have been provided on the Internet. Who only play on consoles may have been not knowing what the colours of FIFA Ultimate Team cards means.
Colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards – Gold, Gray and Brown
The first three colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards to be released were those relating to the regular cards. At the launch of the game, all the FIFA Ultimate Team Players’ Cards assigned belong to the Regular category. These cards have the innate characteristics and attributes of the player.
Physically they are golden if the player belongs to the Gold level (rating above 74), are gray if the player belongs to the Silver level (rating between 64 and 74) and are brown if the player belongs to the Bronze level (rating below 64).
Within the category of regular cards there is a variant which is distinguished by its bright and luminous aspect. Are called Rare Cards and exist for the same three levels.
Colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards – Black
After the first three colours of the FIFA Ultimate Team Cards, came the black card. This refers to players In Form (IF) of Team of the Week (TOTW).
Compared to regular cards, in black cards, the players’ attributes have been improved according to their performance in real life that week.
Colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards – Orange
Orange Cards mean Man of the Match (MOTM). These In Form (IF) cards are assigned to those who were better than othe thers and therefore has increased their attributes.
Colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards – Blue
Among the colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards, the blues are probably the most valuable. They correspond to the In Form (IF) cards of the Team of the Year (TOTY). For being good enough to be nominated for the teams of the year, the players of these blue cards receive a very large increase in their attributes.
Colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards – Purple
The purple cards identify the international man of the match (iMOTM). These cards are similar to oranges but are assigned to players who line up for their national teams.
Colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards – Light Blue
Very rarely, EA Sports needs to create special cards, which do not fall into any of the other categories. These players’ cards are light blue with a red stripe at the bottom.
Gold, gray, brown, black, orange, blue, purple and light blue. These are the colours of FIFA Ultimate Team Cards.
