Rulebreakers is usually one of the first Ultimate Team promos of the season. At this moment, we cannot confirm whether it will be released in Football Club 24 or not.

This promo is best known by its special items featuring game-changing stat updates. In other words, player items undergo downgrades and upgrades in various stats. They transition from their previous play styles to become different kinds of stars, thanks to these game-changing stat updates.

Frequently Asked Questions
RuleBreakers items are a special card category assigned to a very limited selection of players, replacing their regular cards at specific times. These cards feature game-changing stat updates, including both downgrades and upgrades. They leave behind their previous play styles and transform into different kinds of stars with these game-changing stat updates.
FC 24 Rulebrakers items are released with a slight boost on rating. They also feature upgrades and downgrades on selected stats.
Rulebreakers cards cannot be upgraded, and their stats remain permanent, remaining unchanged until the end of the game.
You can obtain FC 24 Rulebreakers items in the same way as any other card: in packs or on the transfer market. If you want to try your luck with packs, you can visit the store and purchase them with coins or FIFA Points. Rulebreakers items can be found in any pack containing player cards, including free packs. Your chances of finding one of these cards are higher if you open a pack containing more player cards.

Additionally, completing specific SBCs and objectives may also reward you with a Rulebreakers item.
