The FC 25 Champions qualification for the Finals can only be done after you reach the Play-Offs.

Champions Play-Offs

Champions offers a two-stage competition: the Play-Offs and the Finals. The Champions Play-Offs mark the initial phase of the overall competition, accessible throughout the UT Season, typically lasting about four to six weeks.

To qualify for the Champions Play-Offs, you need to amass 1,250 Champions Qualification Points (CQP), although this requirement may vary per season. There are two primary methods to accrue these points:

Playing Rivals.

Engage in Division Rivals matches to increase your chances of qualification. Once you’ve reached the necessary points threshold, you’ll automatically advance to the Play-Offs, where your Champions journey can commence at your convenience.

After each Rivals match, you’ll earn CQP based on your division and match outcome. Additionally, at the conclusion of each Rivals campaign week, you’ll receive points corresponding to your division.

Playing Champions Finals.

Each time you participate in a Champions Finals campaign, you also accumulate Champions Qualification Points. The higher your ranking, the nearer you are to securing another opportunity to compete.

Champions Finals

Formerly recognized as Weekend League and Champions Finals, Champions Finals represent the ultimate stage of this competition.

FC 25 Champions Qualification for the Finals is exclusively through the Play-Offs. To secure the necessary minimum points, you have ten matches at your disposal (the exact number may vary depending on the season).

Loss = +1;
Points Needed: 20

In the event of a draw at the conclusion of a match, extra time and penalties will be played out. Even if you’ve already secured qualification, you can continue playing to determine the outcome.

If you accumulate 20 points (achievable through a minimum of 5 wins or a combination of four wins and four losses), you’ll unlock a Champions Finals Qualification Token. This Token grants access to the Champions Finals, enabling you to continue your participation in the competition.

If you didn’t qualify for the Finals but still have entries remaining, you can always return to the Play-Offs by re-qualifying through Division Rivals.
