FC 25 has two editions – Standard and Ultimate Edition – featuring different release dates, prices and pre-orders offers.
FC 25 Editions
EA Sports has consistently released FIFA titles annually since 1993. However, it wasn’t until FIFA 18 that Electronic Arts opted to introduce distinct editions with varied content for the same game. The objective was to craft a specific product that players could resonate with, enhance engagement, and generate additional revenue.

Standard Edition Offers
All these offers are exclusives for pre-orders and are delievered as soon as you play UT for the first time in your console/PC.
If you pre-order FC 24, you will be able to upgrade your copy of FC 24 from prior generation at no additional cost.
You will receive a regular loan item of Haaland which will let you use him in your UT squad for ten matches.
In the first player picks of the season, you will have to choose from three known players, one male and one female. You can only use him in your UT squad for up to five matches.

Improve and personalize your player when starting a new Player Career and hire a 5-star coach available in Manager Career.

Ultimate Edition Offers
FC Points is the only offer that is not exclusive to pre-orders. Except for the Hero item (November 27), all other offers are delivered as soon as you play Ultimate Team for the first time on your console/PC.
FC 24 Ultimate Edition includes all Standard Edition offers

You don’t have to wait until the launch date to start playing FC 24. The Ultimate Edition unlocks your game seven days earlier, so you can play the full game at midnight without any restriction. - TOTW 1 Player Item
The first Team of the Week is released before the early access start. From the pool of those 23 players, it will be randomly assigned to your UT club an untradeable item. - FC Points
There is no better way to boost your first team than opening a few UT packs. Unfortunately, the best promo packs are only released later but the 4,600 FC Points are still very useful at this point of the season. - Nike Offers
As Ultimate Edition owner, you receive access to the Nike Ultimate Team campaign, an exclusive kit and a Nike Loan player for 24 Ultimate Team matches. - Untradeable Hero Item
Those who pre-order FC 24 Ultimate Edition before August 22 receive a random UCL/UWCL Hero Player item on November 27 that can be used freely in your team but cannot be sold.
Release Dates
For Football Club enthusiasts, the standout feature of the priciest edition is the early access privilege. Unlike purchasers of the Standard Edition, who must wait until midnight on the launch date, Ultimate Edition owners gain the advantage of kicking off their gaming experience seven days ahead.
The FC 25 trial initiates four days prior to the official release date, but gameplay is restricted to a maximum of 10 hours, which may not suffice for many players. Opting for the Ultimate Edition provides unrestricted access to the full game.

If the price were identical, the Ultimate Edition would undoubtedly be the preferred choice. It’s logical, considering it encompasses all the offerings of the standard edition and adds several more. This is why it comes with a higher price tag.
FC 25 Prices fluctuate based on the edition and platform. Variations can also arise depending on the timing of your purchase, your region, the store, as well as any ongoing promotions or discounts.

If you share your console with someone, the rewards will be assigned only to the account used to buy the game. This cannot be changed.
When you start FC 25 for the first time (not counting with the Trial or Web App), go to the UT store and your offers will be there. Keep in mind that some offers are only delivered later.
Only those who have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition before August 20, receive an untradeable Hero player item. This offer is only delivered on November 25.
