FC 25 Showdown items are boosted based on the results of selected real-world football matches.

Showdown

Showdown cards are exclusive items with enhanced ratings and statistics, accessible solely through squad building challenges. This type of SBC showcases two players who are poised to go head-to-head in an upcoming football fixture.

The victor of the real-life match earns a +2 upgrade, while the defeated player does not receive any boost. In the event of a draw, both players receive a +1 rating and statistics boost.

Showdown items boast dynamic images and upgraded stats and ratings. They are not obtainable in Ultimate Team packs. To acquire these cards, completion of the corresponding SBC is necessary, typically available for 48 hours before the match.
