Pre-Season is the final campaign of the FC 26 cycle, giving players the opportunity to earn untradeable FC 27 rewards by completing selected Objectives, Squad Building Challenges and Evolutions in FC 26.

Unlike a conventional promo, Pre-Season is designed to bridge the transition to the next title. While the campaign also brings back selected high rated Player Items in packs, its main purpose is to help players start their FC 27 Ultimate Team with extra packs, loan Player Picks and an Evolution reward.

The Pre-Season event was released for the first time in FIFA 20.
Release dates for FC 26 are estimated.

FC 27 Rewards


FC 27 rewards will be delivered by October 9, 2026. To receive them, you must log in to Football Ultimate Team in FC 27 with the same EA Account used in FC 26 by November 9, 2026. Rewards not claimed by that date will be forfeited.

Frequently Asked Questions
re-Season is the final FC 26 campaign. It allows players to earn selected untradeable FC 27 rewards by completing eligible content in FC 26.

Carryover Objectives and SBCs are released in stages, with the final content available until September 25, 2026. Best Of Player Item re-releases are available in packs from August 28 until September 18, 2026.

Pre-Season was released for the first time ever in FIFA 20.
Pre-Season does not introduce a new squad of special Player Items. Instead, selected Best Of items are re-released in packs, while additional content is made available through Objectives and Squad Building Challenges.
Players will have the opportunity to unlock rewards in FC 26 throughout Pre-Season, including packs, consumables, player loan items, and more.

Log in to Football Ultimate Team in FC 27 using the same EA Account used to earn the rewards in FC 26. Rewards will be delivered by October 9, 2026, and must be claimed by November 9, 2026.

FC 27 rewards earned during Pre-Season will be granted by 09 October 2026.

All carryover rewards must be redeemed within one month by logging in to Football Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 27 using the same EA Account that earned the rewards in EA Sports FC 26, by 09 November 2026. Players who earn carryover rewards but do not log in to their new Football Ultimate Team before this date will forfeit these rewards.

Some of the best Special Player Items from FC 26 will be re-released during the Pre-Season event, while others will be released in SBCs and objectives for the first time ever.
