FC 27 CO-OP SEASONS
FC 27 Co-Op Seasons is a multiplayer game mode that enables you and a friend to team up and play together as a cooperative unit against other teams.
Co-Op Seasons Mode
FC 27 Co-Op Seasons is a ranked online mode where you team up with a friend and compete against another pair of players in 2v2 matches using authentic clubs and national teams.
Both players control the same team, with control switching between footballers throughout the match. Communication, positioning and coordinated attacking and defensive play are therefore essential.
A win awards three points, a draw awards one and a defeat awards none. Each season consists of up to ten matches, during which you attempt to earn enough points to avoid relegation, gain promotion or win the division title.
There are five divisions, starting with Division 5 and progressing towards Division 1. Your record is associated with the friend you are playing alongside, allowing different partnerships to maintain separate Co-Op Seasons progress.
Co-Op Seasons also includes a Cup competition, where you and your partner attempt to progress through a knockout tournament against other pairs.

| Division | 01 | 02 | 03 | 04 | 05 |
| Title | 23 | 21 | 19 | 16 | 13 |

Co-Op Seasons Cup
The Co-Op Seasons Cup is a knockout competition where you and a friend compete together against other online pairs.
The tournament begins in the Round of 16 and continues through the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. Winning advances your partnership to the next round, while a defeat eliminates you from the current Cup attempt.
How it Works
To play Co-Op Seasons, you must form an online partnership with a friend. Both players control the same authentic team and work together against another pair in ranked 2v2 matches.
Control switches dynamically between the players on the pitch. One partner may control the player in possession while the other makes an attacking run, supports the build-up or covers space defensively.
Each partnership begins in Division 5. A season consists of up to ten matches, with three points awarded for a win and one for a draw. Reaching the promotion or title threshold ends the season successfully, while failing to reach the survival requirement results in relegation where applicable.
Matchmaking attempts to find another pair using factors such as division, team quality, location, platform generation and crossplay settings. The exact matchmaking criteria are not fully disclosed by EA.
Progress is tracked separately for each partnership, meaning that playing with a different friend may create or load a different Co-Op Seasons record.
