FC 27 Staff items have the responsibility to boost the chemistry.
Staff Items
FC 27 Staff is one of the four item categories in Ultimate Team, designed to enhance squad chemistry.
You can store only one copy of each Manager Item in your club. Tradeable duplicates may be listed or temporarily kept on the Transfer List, subject to its capacity, but they cannot be stored as additional copies in the club.
Sending a Manager Item to your club does not activate its chemistry contribution. To benefit from it, you must assign the Manager to the dedicated Manager slot in your active squad. Managers stored in the club have no effect on squad chemistry.
How to Buy a Staff Item
- From the main Ultimate Team screen, navigate to [Transfers];
- Select [Transfer Market];
- Press R1/RB to navigate to [Staff];
- Use the filters available to find the wanted result and press triangle/Y;
- Once in the ‘Live Search Results’ screen, use R1/RB to move to the next page until you find the card you want;
- Press X/A and place a bid or select [Buy Now] to guarantee the item.
Contribute to Chemistry
In FC 27 Ultimate Team, Managers are the only type of Staff Item. Their main purpose is to contribute to squad chemistry through their league and nationality.
If both the league and nationality match, the bonus remains the same. However, if a player already has maximum chemistry, a manager is not needed since there is no further improvement possible.
