FC 28 Covers

The cover of each FC game displays the artwork on the front of the game case, a signature feature of the series since its beginning. Over time, FIFA covers have mirrored changes in the football world, highlighting the game’s enduring popularity. Usually, the cover features at least one well-known football star.

Although digital editions now dominate sales, one of the most exciting parts of every EA FC release is the reveal of the cover star. From legends like David Platt to rising talents like Jude Bellingham, and record-breakers like Wayne Rooney, many iconic players have appeared on FIFA covers. With the transition to the FC brand, fans are always eager to discover who will become the next face of EA Sports FC.

Cover designs differ by edition, platform, and sometimes region. FC 28 features three global covers: one for the Standard Edition, one for the Ultimate Edition and one for the limited-time Ultimate Plus Edition, available only until August 31, 2026.
