Electronic Arts have released 58 new players cards with their new nations that start coming in packs replacing the old ones. As soon as the new card is inserted in FUT packs, the old ones can only be found in the existing clubs and in the transfer market. Your odds of pulling the new card from a pack are exactly the same of pulling the old one when it was available. If you own the original player card, your card will keep unchanged. If you want the new nation version, you will need to buy the corresponding new card in the market or cross your fingers when opening a pack.
