FIFA 21 Draft is a game mode within FUT. Playing it, you can test your team building skills as you pick the best fit for each position from a five-player draw. Draft a squad and challenge opponents in a series of up to four matches to win big rewards for your club.
As a competition mode in FIFA Ultimate Team, FUT Draft mode allows to build a squad for your club from the scratch with a random set of high quality players which you may not already have their cards in your club. Draft mode gives you an opportunity to experience building a high quality squad while you can learn about the team & players chemistry, formation settings and in general, forming a good team in FUT.

Step-by-step instructions:
1 From FUT, go to ‘Play’ and choose ‘Online Draft’ or ‘Single Player Draft’.

3 Pick your Captain from a set of five superstars.
4 Fill out the rest of your 23-person squad by picking players for each position from a random draw of five players. Once you choose your starting XI, Bench, and Reserves, you can move players around to improve your Chemistry rating.

If you are playing FIFA 21 Draft Single Player mode, the teams you will be playing against are real clubs from teams controlled by CPU. In FUT Draft Online mode, you will be facing the other FUT Draft mode players who are connected to EA online servers.

Before entering a Single Player Draft mode competition, you need to choose your game difficulty which will determine your competition prizes, the higher difficulty you choose, the better rewards you will earn at the end of the competition. Your game difficulty selection in Draft Single Player mode cannot be changed throughout the series of matches and it can fluctuate slightly for each match. Yes, there is. But it is not in real currency. Every time you play this mode you need to pay 15,000 coins or 300 FIFA Points. It may look a lot but it is not because, even when you lose the first match, you’ll still receive a reward equal to the entrance fee. Alternatively, you can use a FUT Draft token.
You may find a FUT Draft Token in FUT packs, only depending on your luck, and as a Draft reward.
