Handanovic is one of the best goalies you can use in FIFA 21. It’s natural to see him on our unlimited budget squad.
In our opinion, De Ligt and Koulibaly are clearly the best centre-backs in this league. Unfortunately, and as you know from previous years, Serie A doesn’t have quality right-backs. The best one is Cuadrado. If you feel uncomfortable with his defending and physicality stats, you should try another formation or a player from another league. In the other side, things are much better. You should choose them basically on what is more important to you: pace (Theo) or defending skills (Alex Sandro).
Nainggolan, Sergej Milinković-Savić and Vidal are who play better as defensive midfielders. They are solid on the defence and an added-value on the attack. Hakimi and Douglas Costa are easy choices to the right and left side of the midfield.
In the attack, you can use different combinations of players. Our suggestion is to use the best players: a triangle with Gómez supporting Ronaldo and Dybala. However, it also works with Immobile next to Ronaldo and Dybala as CAM (Mertens is also a top-player).
Once all players have reached maximum individual chemistry via loyalty (achieved by each player after 10 matches for your club or by being pack pulled), you can go without a manager for your squad. They’ll be of no use while wasting contracts.

Building a team is the biggest challenge in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. It doesn’t need to be the best team, since the budget may not allow it, but it needs to be a team designed for your style and needs.
When choosing which players to play with, you will have to look carefully at their attributes. Choosing a team based on ratings is one of the most common mistakes. For each position, and focusing on the truly important attributes, we’ll show you who are the best players to choose.
It’s also important to check if the player you choose fits the formations you like to play in. For example, a good full-back will be useless if the player only uses a formation with three defenders.
Last but not least, you should try to get the maximum chemistry possible. Most of the players base their squads on a single league or nation, but the most experienced ones are able to build hybrid teams without hurting chemistry.

Serie A is one of the most competitive leagues in the world, but football is not as spectacular as it is in the UK, Spain or Germany.
The qualification of the champion is made through the made points system. Whichever team gathers the most points, wins the league. The first three classified teams gain access to the champions league of the next year, while the fourth and fifth qualify for the Europa League and the last three trade places with the first three qualified from the Serie B.
