To the FUT 13 English Leagues TOTS, any of the best players of the top four tiers can be chosen. Obviously, most of them (or maybe all) plays in Barclays Premier League.

As it happens with the other TOTS, this one could have 23 players: 11 on the starting XI, 7 on the subs and 5 on the reserves. EA didn’t said a word about it, which means that it possible that they will keep the squad format of the previous years: 18 players (11 on the starting eleven and 7 on the subs).
