The FUT Gallery is a new collection and progression feature introduced in FC 27 Ultimate Team. It permanently records eligible Player Items acquired during the season, allowing you to build themed Sets, showcase your collection and earn rewards.
Most Player Items obtained from Packs, the Transfer Market, Objectives, SBCs and rewards are automatically added to your Gallery. Once recorded, an Item remains there even if the playable card is later sold, discarded or submitted into an SBC.
The Gallery entry is only a record and cannot be used in matches, traded or returned to your Club. Registering an Item also does not consume or duplicate the original card, which remains available until you decide what to do with it.
Items collected in previous Ultimate Team titles are not imported. Every FC 27 Gallery starts empty and records only eligible Items acquired during the FC 27 season.
How to Use the FUT Gallery
- Acquire an eligible Player Item in Ultimate Team;
- The Item is automatically recorded in your FUT Gallery;
- Open a Gallery Set and add compatible registered Items manually or with autocomplete;
- Increase the Set Score by using higher-rated, rarer or Holographic Items;
- Reach higher Set Grades to unlock rewards and Gallery Tokens;
- Complete and upgrade different Sets to increase your overall Gallery Level.
How the FUT Gallery Works
The FUT Gallery is organised around themed Sets covering categories such as clubs, leagues, nations, campaigns and other parts of football culture. Each Set contains slots that can be filled manually or through autocomplete using compatible Player Items already registered in your Gallery.
Adding an Item to a Set does not consume the card or remove its Gallery record. This means you can continue using the playable card in your squad, sell it or submit it into an SBC without losing the collection progress already registered. Compatible Gallery entries can also contribute wherever they satisfy the requirements of a Set.
Every Player Item has an Item Score based on three factors: Overall Rating, rarity and Holographic status. Overall Rating provides the foundation of the Score, while rarity and Holographic status act as multipliers. As a result, a special or Holographic version will generally contribute more than a standard Item with a similar rating.
The combined Item Scores determine the Score and Grade of the complete Set. Finishing every slot is therefore only the first stage of progression. A Set can initially be completed with more accessible Items and then improved throughout the season by replacing them with stronger, rarer or Holographic versions.
Certain combinations of Items may also activate Tags. These provide additional Score bonuses and reward carefully selected combinations, meaning that the best possible Set may depend on more than simply choosing the Items with the highest ratings.
One particularly important Tag is the First Owner bonus. Items obtained directly by the player, rather than purchased from the Transfer Market, provide an additional Set boost. This gives greater collection value to Items earned from Packs, SBCs, Objectives and rewards.
Transfer Market Items remain fully eligible for the Gallery, but the First Owner bonus prevents players from easily improving Set Grades by repeatedly buying valuable Items, registering them and selling them again while losing only the five percent Market tax. The intention is to keep purchased Items useful without making the highest Gallery Grades too easy to achieve.
Gallery rewards are divided into two separate progression systems. Set specific rewards are unlocked by reaching higher Grades within an individual Set. These will vary between collections, but will generally include vanity rewards related to the theme of the Set, such as a club kit, as well as Gallery Tokens.
Overall Gallery Level rewards are earned by completing and upgrading different Sets across the entire Gallery. Improving several collections gradually raises your Gallery Level and unlocks larger milestone rewards, including guaranteed Holographic Items. This creates a progression path that continues as new Items and Sets become available.
Gallery Tokens can be redeemed in the Gallery Token Store, whose selection will change throughout the year. The Store will include cosmetics and other rewards, and will be the exclusive place to obtain Base Hall of FUT Items, new historical Item tier positioned below Heroes and ICONs.
On PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, the Gallery Hub also serves as a three dimensional space where you can display Player Items, favourite Sets and Club content. Its appearance can evolve alongside your collection, from Bronze, Silver and Gold Items to campaign players, Heroes, ICONs and Holographic Items.
Custom Sets provide an additional way to arrange and showcase favourite players or personally selected themes. Unlike the official Sets used to earn Grades and increase Gallery Level, these displays are primarily designed to personalise the Gallery and represent your own Ultimate Team journey.

There are two tiers: Standard and Pristine (88+ rated items). The autograph-style treatment displayed on Pristine Items uses a stylised font and is not the player’s real signature.
Custom Sets are personal displays created with favourite Player Items or user-selected themes. They are separate from the standard Sets used for Gallery progression.
