Moments is an engaging game mode within Ultimate Team that challenges players to recreate legendary football moments inspired by real matches.
In Moments, you’ll take part in single-player scenarios with different levels of difficulty, each offering short gameplay challenges designed to test your ability. Whether it’s staging a thrilling comeback from a 3-0 deficit in the final minutes, replicating an unforgettable goal from a recent game, or scoring with your goalkeeper, there’s always a new challenge to master. Fresh scenarios are added throughout the season, keeping the experience dynamic and rewarding.
Moments also introduces a special currency called Stars. Completing challenges earns you Stars that can be exchanged for various rewards such as packs, coins, loan players, and more in the Moments Star Gallery. The harder the challenge, the more Stars you gain, motivating you to tackle the toughest moments for the most valuable prizes.

To access Moments follow these steps:
- From the main Ultimate Team screen, press R1/RB twice to go to [Play];
- Select [Enter Game Modes];
- Use R1/RB again to navigate to ‘Play vs AI’;
- Select [Moments].
When starting a new Moment, you’ll encounter Stories as your initial choice. These Stories revolve around Seasonal Themes, Ultimate Team Campaigns, or real-life events from football’s history or current affairs. Some Stories are time-limited, requiring completion before they expire, while others remain available throughout the duration of Ultimate Team.
Chapters are themed sets of gameplay scenarios that highlight important moments within a broader story. Each story consists of multiple chapters. Initially, you’ll have access to at least one chapter, while others remain locked. To unlock and advance through additional chapters, you must collect a certain number of Stars from the chapters you’ve already unlocked.
Moments are the individual scenarios you will be playing.
Each Moment includes one to three Challenges that must be completed to earn Stars. Challenges can start at different points in the game, such as a free kick, throw-in, or an attacking or defending scenario, which determines your starting position for the challenge.
To succeed, you need to complete all Challenges within the allotted time. If you fail, you must retry the Moment. Completing all Moments and achieving every Reward Level in a Chapter grants bonus Stars.

Each Moment includes at least one Reward Level, with some offering up to three. Each level awards one to three Stars depending on the challenge. You can start with the lowest Reward Level and progress upward, earning a Star for each level you complete, or attempt the highest Reward Level first to try and collect all Stars for that Moment at once.

Absolutely! If you don’t complete a Moment on your first attempt, there’s no need to worry. You can reset the Moment at any time and continue working toward completing the Challenge. While unlocked Moments can be replayed whenever you like, remember that each Reward Level only grants its Stars once.
Stars is a currency that can be exchanged in the Moments Star Gallery for Rewards. There are two ways to earn Stars:

Increasing the Reward Level will reward you with more FUT Stars. You can earn the Stars for a Reward Level only once, but you are free to continue to replay a completed Moment if it is still available. - Completing all Moments and their associated Reward Levels within a Chapter will earn the Group Reward, a bonus number of Stars.
The Stars Gallery is where you can exchange your Stars for rewards. It offers a wide range of rewards available throughout the year, along with some that are only available for a limited time.
