What Are They ?
Season Ticket and EA Access are both subscription paid programs. With them, gamers can get exclusive offers for Electronic Arts games.
FIFA 15 early access is not available for Playstation 4 gamers
Season Ticket can only be subscribed by Playstation 3 and XBox 360 gamers. It will not be available for next-gen consoles. The games that make part of this program are the most popular EA Sports titles. This service will be discontinued in May 2016.
On the other hand, EA Access can only be subscribed by XBox One owners. There are no plans to include Playstation 4 in this program since Sony has rejected to make part of it probably because they are releasing a similar service called ‘Playstation Now’. Subscribers of the program that has been released on August 2014, are able to play other games besides popular EA Sports titles, like Peggle 2 and Battlefield 4.

Season Ticket Guide
The EA Sports Season Ticket is a subscription paid program that offers subscribers three main advantages:
Subscribers can download FIFA 15 three days before the date release. It is possible to carry forward the progress and achievements.
EA Sports Season Ticket holders have access to 24 FIFA 15 Premium Gold Packs (over $30 in value)
EA Sports Season Ticket holders pay 20% less to buy Ultimate Team packs.
Early Access
What is included ?
Subscribers can download the FIFA 15 full game three days before the date of release. But there is more.
EA Sports Season Ticket holders also get early access to other two titles: Madden NFL 15 and NHL 15. Madden is not available for Sony subscribers outside of North America.
What are the early access features ?
Season Ticket subscribers have the chance to play FIFA 15 Ultimate Team three days before the game being released
Through Early Access, subscribers may play the full game three days before the game hits the stores, including on line play and FIFA Ultimate Team features. It is possible to play, trade, sell and buy cards. In fact, it is possible to do everything except purchase FIFA Points. That feature will only be available when the game is released. Until then you will need to use coins to buy packs or transfer your FIFA Points from FUT 14.
Achievements/trophies subscribers earn during Early Access, while connected to EA Servers, will unlock once they purchase and log into the EA Servers with the retail version of the game.
Ultimate Team modes are not available in Madden NFL 15 and NHL 15.

How to Buy the full game from early access version ?
Unfortunately, at this point it is not technically possible for Microsoft XBox users.
Here is a step by step process to purchase the full digital release to Playstation users:
Boot up the Early Release build after the early access period is over
There will be a screen that states that the early access is over, and that can upgrade to the full game
Click ‘purchase’ and you’ll be taken to the Sony Store
Walk through the Purchase Process to upgrade to the Full Game
When done, the game will reboot and you are all set to go

Which packs ?
With EA Sports Season Ticket, the subscribers get access to the following items:
24 FIFA 15 Premium Gold Packs (over $35 in value)
24 Pro Madden NFL 15 Packs (over $35 in value)
24 NHL 15 Premium Gold Packs (over $35 in value)
The Gold Packs that are offered to Season Ticket holders have 12 cards, mostly gold and at least three rares. The regular price for these packs is 7,500 coins or 150 FIFA Points per unity.
How to get the packs ?
Redeem the packs every weeks to be sure you get all of them
When subscribers first go into the Ultimate Team mode after buying the EA Sports Season ticket, they will receive a message along with their first pack(s). From there, one more pack will appear every seven days until they have received all packs. Season Ticket holders don’t have to wait by the early access or game release date.
Ultimate Team packs must be downloaded from within game store each week and will expire seven days after each pack is offered. Failure to download and/or use the pack in any given week will result in forfeiture of that week’s pack offering. Active subscription is required to redeem all the packs.
20% Discount on Packs
Which discount ?
EA Sports Season Ticket holders get 20% off all DLC available in the three participating titles. It means that in FIFA 15, for example, they get a discount on all Ultimate Team card packs purchased with real money. Packs purchased with coins don’t get this discount.
Additionally, the 20% discount does not apply to the full game itself.
How to get the discount ?
Subscribers just need to buy the packs with real money (FIFA Points). The discount is applied automatically.

EA Access Guide
The EA Access is a subscription paid program that offers to subscribers three main advantages:

What is included ?
Subscribers can download FIFA 15 full game up to five days before the date release. But there is more.

What are the early access features ?

EA Access membership is available to Xbox One gamers through Xbox Live. GameStop and Amazon fans will be able to purchase an EA Access membership at their local retail store. Membership for EA Access has been priced at $4.99 per month or $29.99 for a full year. Credit card and PayPal are accepted as payment methods.
Any Xbox One gamer can join EA Access and take advantage of the benefits of membership. In order to connect to multiplayer gameplay on the Xbox One platform you will need a subscription to Xbox Gold.

A: No. You will get 24 packs.
Q: Will FIFA 15 Points be for sale during early access periods ?
A: Only players who have EA Access for Xbox One will be able to purchase FIFA 15 Points during the early access trial. Players will not be able to purchase FIFA 15 Points during the EA Season Ticket early access period.
Q: Can I transfer my FIFA 14 Points to FIFA 15 Points during the early access period ?
A: Yes, you can. However, this is only on FIFA 15 between Xbox 360 to Xbox 360, from PS3 to PS3 or from XBox One to XBox One. If players choose to not play the full version of FIFA 15, they will not be able to transfer their FIFA Points back to FIFA 14.
Q: When do I get my packs ?
A: On the first time you go into the Ultimate Team mode after buying the EA Sports Season ticket. You don’t need to wait for the early access release or by the game release. You only get one pack per week and you have to access it every week or you will lose them.
Q: Should I buy the Season Ticket ? What do you think ?
A: It depends of your profile. If you can’t wait three more days to get your hands on the game, if you play several EA Sports titles or if you often buy Ultimate Team packs, it may be a good decision to subscribe it.
We believe that the offer of 24 packs is not good enough to buy the Season Ticket, since you will have to wait 24 weeks to get all the packs. To us, the most important thing is to know how many FUT 15 packs are you thinking to buy with real money. For who are thinking to buy more than 15,000 FIFA Points it pays for itself.
Q: Should I buy the EA Access ? What do you think ?
A: It depends of your profile. If you play more games besides FIFA, it may be a good option. However, that was a smart move from EA because they are reducing the discount to half with in the thing that brings them the most profit.

I have a question about the season ticket(PS3) in combination with the PS4 and the web app.
Although there is no season ticket available on PS4 and i don’t have the retail version of FIFA 15 on PS3(but i will buy the PS4 version), will i be able to keep on opening the weekly gold packs (from PS3 season ticket) on the web app?!?
Or does it make a difference – as far as the web app is concerned- when i start playing FIFA 15 on PS4?!

Not sure but it should work because to the Web App it is the something if you have PS3 or PS4.

Since Early Access won’t be available on PS4, will it be possible to play Ultimate Team with Early Access on PS3, and then continue the progress in Ultimate Team to PS4 on release date?
I think it is possible if you play Early Access on PS3, transfer to FUT15 PS3 retail game and only then play FUT 15 on PS4.
Did you mean PS4 retail game? Because I’m hoping to do it without having to buy FIFA 15 for PS3 as that would be a total waste of money. So do you think it will be possible without buying FIFA 15 for PS3?
I am not 100% sure but I think you need to buy it because the early access transfer to the final game request a retail disc and probably of the same console.

As you know, Season Ticket doesn’t work on XBox One. If you want to get free packs and discounts you will need to open the game (FIFA 15) in XBox 360.

For those of us that own multiple consoles (360/One) will it benefit us to buy both Access and Season Ticket? I plan to buy Access for 5.99 for one month to gain 5 day early access and play the maximum six hours on the Xbox One, then 2 days later I will trigger the early Season Ticket download on 360 to continue my progress and still benefit from all the additional packs. When the game is eventually released I should be able to also get the packs from Ultimate Edition. Does this sound possible considering how easy it is to switch between Xbox 360 and Xbox One?

Everything in your plan will work. The only thing that I’m not 100% sure is if you will be able to carry over your progress from EA Access to Season Ticket. It is something new that probably nobody will know to answer you.

Your dates are all wrong. The games releases in Europe (for example) on the 26th, so Season pass would be the 23rd and EA Access would be 21st.

No it doesn’t, you can’t use the 20% discount (or any other beneifit) on the next gen consoles. You can however continue to buy points with the 20% discount on your old console and use then on either next gen or last gen.

EA Access is only for XBox and Season Pass is not available for PS4. So, you cannot have them on PS4.
