Web App for FC 25 is Now Live!
You can now access the Web App and kick off your FC 25 season. Before diving in, we recommend reviewing our tips. It only takes a few minutes and will be particularly useful if this is your first time accessing the Web App early.
HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING THE WEB APP?
If you are unable to access the Web App for FC 25, try the following: double-check the URL, use a different browser, clear your current browser’s cache, ensure your browser supports WebGL (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and Opera do), and disable any browser extensions. Keep in mind that many gamers are trying to access the app simultaneously. If you encounter issues, try again later.
ENABLE LOGIN VERIFICATION
Login Verification is required before you can access the Web App for FC 25. It’s easy to set up. Simply visit your Origin account here and enable it. Use Google Authenticator, backup codes or confirm the email or SMS sent to you, and store your codes securely.
NEW TO ULTIMATE TEAM?
Unfortunately, if you are new to Ultimate Team, early access to the Web App is not available. Only players who have set a security question/answer on their consoles before August 1, 2024, are eligible for early Web App access. You will need to start on the console first.
PACKS
Besides the starter pack, no additional packs will be given initially. The number of Ultimate Team packs you receive is based on your FC 24 activity, not your account’s age. If your account was banned, you will need to regain access.
UNLUCKY?
It’s not a matter of bad luck; it’s the norm. Packing top players like Mbappé in the starter pack is highly unlikely. Keep your expectations modest, as welcome-back packs are slightly better but still not guaranteed to contain high-rated players.
BUYING MORE PACKS
If you want to purchase additional packs, you’ll need to use your limited coins. FC Points can only be transferred on a console with early access or the retail version of FC 25. EA Play subscribers can transfer their FC Points from FC 24 to FC 25 during the early access period.

CAN’T MAKE A PROFIT?
Buying low and selling high is more challenging in the early days due to limited market liquidity. Be patient; things will change once the game is fully launched.
