FC 27 Store
The FUT Store is a virtual marketplace where you can explore and purchase a variety of packs, bundles, and individual items to customize and strengthen your club. It also allows you to claim prize bundles, choose player picks, buy FC Points, and preview pack contents.
To access the FC 27 Store, go to the main Ultimate Team screen and select [Store]. Inside, you can switch between four tabs using R1/RB and L1/LB:
- My Packs
This tab stores your unopened packs and player picks, including rewards from Rivals, Squad Battles, and Champions, as long as the FC 27 servers are running. It only appears when you have unopened content. New in FC 27, packs of the same type are now grouped together for better organization. - Browse
Here you can view all available items, divided into categories for easy browsing. When selecting an item and pressing square/X, you can choose to pay with FUT Coins or FC Points, depending on your current balance. - Previewed
This tab shows UT Preview Packs that have been opened but not yet purchased. It lets you revisit the contents and decide whether to buy them before they expire. This tab is visible only when previewed packs are active in your club. - FC Points
In this section, you can purchase FC Points. Doing so will redirect you to your console’s online store. Available bundles vary by region and range from 100 to 18,500 FC Points. EA Play members automatically receive a 10% discount. Real money is required to buy FC Points.
Store Content
You can go to the Store at anytime. As long as you have enough FUT Coins or FC Points, you can buy the items you want. From packs to bundles, there are plenty of choices there.
- Featured It shows the new items added to the FC 27 store. It usually features the most wanted packs or premium bundles.
- Promo Packs
Promotional packs are only available in the FUT store at specific times. Premium Gold Players Packs are released almost in a daily basis. However, you will also find here the most wanted packs and lightning rounds, especially when new events are out. - Gold Packs
Premium Gold Packs can be purchased here at anytime. - Classic Packs
Premium Bronze Packs and Premium Silver Packs can be purchased here at anytime. - Premium Bundles/Items
You can buy here bundles to customize your club with items of the same theme. Each bundle usually contains a badge, home kit, tifo, XL tifo and a stadium theme. If you just want a vanity item, you don’t have to buy the full bundle. You have the option to pay with FUT coins or FC Points for each card available in the bundle. - Seasonal Bundles/Items
Each UT Season has its own theme and you can buy the respective bundle or individual items.

It’s easy to find the FC 27 store. Confirm from the main Ultimate Team screen if you are in the [Home] screen and go to [Store], using R1/RB.
If you’re unable to access the FUT Store, it’s likely down. This can occur during periods of high traffic or when Electronic Arts is performing scheduled maintenance. We recommend waiting a few minutes before trying again.
The FC 27 Store is available 24/7. In rare cases, promo packs may not be available. It is more common in the first weeks after the game goes out.
You can buy packs in the Ultimate Team store. Gold and classic packs are always available, but promo packs are only available at specific times.
A lightning round is a time-limited offer in the FUT Store, where the availability is restricted both by time and quantity. During these rounds, only a set number of packs are released worldwide, meaning it’s first come, first served. In contrast, when no global limit is set, you can purchase as many promo packs as you like, until they’re sold out.
Promo Packs are typically refreshed daily at 6 PM UK time, unless a lightning round is active. Seasonal bundles and items, however, are only updated when a new FUT season begins.
To purchase packs, you need to use FC coins or FC points except for the packs in ‘My Packs’ storage tab, which is designated to keep packs gained as rewards.
