The FC 27 Store is your destination to claim rewards and purchase promo packs, classic packs, bundles, vanity items, and FC Points.
FC 27 Store
The FUT Store is a virtual marketplace where you can explore and purchase a variety of packs, bundles and individual items to customise and strengthen your club. It also allows you to claim reward bundles, choose Player Picks, purchase FC Points and preview pack contents.
To access the FC 27 Store, go to the main Ultimate Team screen and select [Store]. Inside the Store, use R1/RB or L1/LB to switch between the available tabs. My Packs and Previewed only appear when they contain content.

My Packs
This tab contains your unopened packs and Player Picks, including rewards earned from Objectives, SBCs, Rivals, Squad Battles, Champions and other Ultimate Team activities. It only appears when you have unopened content. New in FC 27, identical packs are grouped together, making large pack inventories easier to manage. -
Browse
Here you can view the packs, bundles and individual items currently available, organised into different categories. These may include Featured, Promo Packs, Classic Packs, Featured Kits, Stadium Cosmetics and Stadium Cosmetics Bundles. Select an offer to view its contents, purchase limits, expiry time and available payment methods. Depending on the offer, you may be able to pay with UT Coins, FC Points or both. -
Previewed
This tab contains Preview Packs whose contents you have revealed but have not yet purchased. You can return here to review the items and decide whether to buy the pack before the preview or offer expires. The tab only appears when you have an active Preview Pack. -
Token Store
Here you can exchange limited-time Tokens earned across Ultimate Team for rewards. The available exchanges may be divided into different sections, such as Champions Tokens, Gallery Tokens and Seasonal Tokens. Each Token type can have an earning limit, and that limit resets when the relevant refresh timer ends. Tokens and rewards must be exchanged before the relevant store or event expires. -
FC Points
In this section, you can purchase FC Points. Selecting a bundle redirects you to your console’s online store. Available bundles and prices vary depending on your region. EA Play members automatically receive a 10% discount. Real money is required to purchase FC Points.
Store Content
You can access the Store at any time. As long as you have enough FUT Coins or FC Points, you can purchase the available packs, bundles and individual items. The selection changes throughout the Ultimate Team cycle, with some offers available only for a limited time.

This section highlights selected content available in the FC 27 Store, including newly released packs, bundles and other limited-time offers. -
Promo Packs
Promotional packs are available in the Store for a limited time. Their contents, prices, purchase limits and expiry times may vary. Promo Packs can include campaign and event content, as well as special offers and lightning rounds. -

This section contains the standard packs that are regularly available in the Store. In FC 27, the Classic Packs include:

Stadium Cosmetics
This section includes individual items used to customise your stadium, such as kits, badges, tifos, stadium themes and other cosmetic items. -
Stadium Cosmetics Bundles
These bundles combine several cosmetic items around a common club, nation, campaign or seasonal theme. Depending on the offer, a bundle may include kits, badges, tifos, XL tifos and stadium customisation items. Some of these items may also be available individually.

It’s easy to find the FC 27 store. Confirm from the main Ultimate Team screen if you are in the [Home] screen and go to [Store], using R1/RB.
The Store may be temporarily unavailable because of server maintenance, heavy traffic or a connection issue. Access can also be restricted by platform, account or parental control settings. Check the EA server status and restart Ultimate Team before trying again.
The Store is normally available whenever the Ultimate Team servers are online. However, individual packs, bundles and Token exchanges may only be available during specific periods.
The [Browse] section includes Featured, Promo Packs, Classic Packs, Featured Kits, Stadium Cosmetics and Stadium Cosmetics Bundles. Classic Packs currently include Large Bronze Pack, Large Silver Pack, Large Gold Pack, Large Silver Preview Pack and Large Gold Preview Pack.
Preview Packs allow you to reveal their contents before deciding whether to purchase them. The revealed contents remain available in the [Previewed] tab until the preview offer expires. Preview Packs can only be purchased with FUT Coins or FC Points if the offer allows it.
The Token Store allows you to exchange limited-time Tokens for rewards. It may include separate sections for Champions Tokens, Gallery Tokens and Seasonal Tokens. Each Token type may have an earning limit that resets when its refresh timer ends. Tokens and rewards must be exchanged before the relevant store or event expires.
You can buy packs from the [Browse] section of the FC 27 Store. Select a category, choose an offer and check its contents, price, purchase limit and expiry time. Depending on the offer, you may be able to pay with FUT Coins, FC Points or both. Classic Packs are available separately from Promo Packs.
A Lightning Round is a limited-time Store offer with a shared global quantity. The offer ends when its timer expires or when all available packs have been purchased. Other Promo Packs may not have a global quantity limit, but they can still have a purchase limit per account.
The FC 27 Store is normally available 24/7. However, individual categories and offers may be unavailable while the Store is updating or when their scheduled content has expired.
Store content is commonly updated at 6 pm UK time, particularly when new campaigns or content releases begin. However, some offers may be added or refreshed at different times. Always check the countdown displayed on an offer for its exact expiry time.
Depending on the offer, Store items can be purchased with FUT Coins, FC Points or both. FC Points require real money and are purchased through your console’s online store. Packs already stored in [My Packs] do not need to be purchased.
Purchases of FC Points and Ultimate Team content are generally final, although refund eligibility may depend on the platform, purchase circumstances and applicable consumer law. If you experience an unauthorised or incorrect purchase, contact your platform provider or EA Support.
No. Unfortunately, purchases as a gift to send to a friend are not available in the FC 27 Store.
Unopened reward packs in [My Packs] remain available while the FC 27 servers are active, unless they were earned with a specific expiry date. Preview Packs are different: they must be purchased before the preview offer expires. Promotional Store offers also disappear when their individual timer ends.
