The FC 27 Store is your destination to claim rewards and purchase promo packs, classic packs, bundles, vanity items, and FC Points.
FC 27 Store
The FUT Store is a virtual marketplace where you can explore and purchase a variety of packs, bundles, and individual items to customize and strengthen your club. It also allows you to claim prize bundles, choose player picks, buy FC Points, and preview pack contents.
To access the FC 27 Store, go to the main Ultimate Team screen and select [Store]. Inside, use R1/RB or L1/LB to switch between the available tabs:
- My Packs
This tab contains your unopened packs and Player Picks, including rewards earned from Objectives, SBCs, Rivals, Squad Battles, Champions and other Ultimate Team activities. It only appears when you have unopened content. New in FC 27, identical packs are grouped together, making large pack inventories easier to manage. - Browse
Here you can view the packs, bundles and individual items currently available, organised into different categories. Select an offer to view its contents, purchase limits, expiry time and available payment methods. Depending on the offer, you may be able to pay with UT Coins, FC Points or both. - Previewed
Previewed
This tab contains Preview Packs whose contents you have revealed but which you have not yet purchased. You can return here to review the items and decide whether to buy the pack before the preview or offer expires. The tab only appears when you have an active previewed pack. - Token Store
Here you can exchange limited-time Tokens earned across Ultimate Team for rewards. Exchanges may be divided into categories, such as Champions and Seasonal. Each Token type has an earning limit and expiry date, so make sure you redeem your Tokens before the relevant exchange period ends. - FC Points
In this section, you can purchase FC Points. Doing so will redirect you to your console’s online store. Available bundles vary by region and range from 100 to 18,500 FC Points. EA Play members automatically receive a 10% discount. Real money is required to buy FC Points.
Store Content
You can access the Store at any time. As long as you have enough FUT Coins or FC Points, you can buy the items you want. From packs to bundles, the available selection varies throughout the Ultimate Team cycle.
- Featured It shows the new items added to the FC 27 store. It usually highlights newly released packs, bundles and other limited-time offers.
- Promo Packs
Promotional packs are only available in the FUT store at specific times. Premium Gold Players Packs are released almost daily. However, you will also find here the some of the most desirable packs and lightning rounds, especially during Ultimate Team campaigns and major events. - Gold Packs
Premium Gold Packs can be purchased here at anytime. - Classic Packs
Premium Bronze Packs and Premium Silver Packs can be purchased here at any time. - Premium Bundles/Items
Here you can purchase themed cosmetic bundles for your club. Their contents may include kits, badges, tifos and stadium customisation items. Some cosmetics may also be available individually, with the accepted currency depending on the offer. - Seasonal Bundles/Items
Each UT Season has its own theme and you can buy the respective bundle or individual items.

It’s easy to find the FC 27 store. Confirm from the main Ultimate Team screen if you are in the [Home] screen and go to [Store], using R1/RB.
The Store may be temporarily unavailable because of server maintenance, heavy traffic or a connection issue. Access can also be restricted by platform, account or parental control settings. Check the EA server status and restart Ultimate Team before trying again.
The Store is normally available whenever the Ultimate Team servers are online. However, individual packs, bundles and Token exchanges may only be available during specific periods.
Select an available pack in the Store and review its contents, price, purchase limit and expiry time. Depending on the offer, you may be able to pay with UT Coins, FC Points or both.
A Lightning Round is a limited-time Store offer with a shared global quantity. The offer ends when its timer expires or when all available packs have been purchased. Other Promo Packs may not have a global quantity limit, but they can still have a purchase limit per account.
Store content is commonly updated at 6 pm UK time, particularly when new campaigns or content releases begin. However, some offers may be added or refreshed at different times. Always check the countdown displayed on an offer for its exact expiry time.
Store offers may accept UT Coins, FC Points or both, depending on the item. Token Store rewards require the corresponding Tokens. Content shown under [My Packs] has already been earned, granted or purchased and can be opened without another payment.
Purchases of FC Points and Ultimate Team content are generally final, although refund eligibility may depend on the platform, purchase circumstances and applicable consumer law. If you experience an unauthorised or incorrect purchase, contact your platform provider or EA Support.
No. Unfortunately, purchases as a gift to send to a friend are not available in the FC 27 Store.
Reward packs stored in the My Packs section will remain available as long as the FC 27 servers are active, unless they were earned or gifted with a specific time limit.
