Female players continue to leave their mark in Ultimate Team, where they can now feature in both mixed and all-women squads. Each has a unique player card, and the game continues to celebrate the legends of women’s football through exclusive Icon cards.

Authenticity remains one of the core strengths of the franchise. In FC 27, this commitment deepens with the addition of more licensed women’s football content. As a result, the following women’s competitions are now fully represented in the game:

Ultimate Team


Women’s players will play a key role in Ultimate Team. With the expanded inclusion of women’s football, more leagues and high-stakes matches will be featured and celebrated.

    Team of the Week will continue to spotlight standout performances from world football, now also including the top six women’s leagues each week.

  • Heroes and Icons
    Alongside today’s top players from the leading women’s leagues, Ultimate Team will feature new Heroes and Icons, trailblazers who have helped shape women’s football. Throughout the year, Ultimate Team Moments will celebrate key milestones in their legendary careers.

  • Campaigns
    Campaigns are a core part of the Ultimate Team experience, and women’s players will be consistently included. Much like players from smaller men’s leagues, female footballers will appear in Campaign squads, be part of the pack pool, and be offered through Objectives and SBCs.

Men’s and Women’s players are fully integrated across all aspects of Ultimate Team:

  • Packs
    Both men’s and women’s players are included in the same player pool for packs.

  • Transfer Market
    All tradeable players, regardless of gender, can be searched based on league, club, nationality, position, price, and more.

  • Evolutions
    Eligible male and female players can both be upgraded through Evolutions, as long as they meet the specific criteria for that Evolution.

  • Objectives
    Both men’s and women’s players can be used to complete Objectives and are also featured as rewards.

  • Rewards
    Rewards throughout the year may include both male and female players.

  • Squad Building Challenges (SBCs)
    You can submit any player that meets the criteria, such as nationality, league, club, or position, regardless of gender. The expanded player pool opens up more squad-building possibilities.

  • Moments
    Both male and female players are featured in Moments, celebrating historic matches and legendary performances.

  • Draft
    Any player available in the overall pool can be selected for your team during a Draft campaign.
Yes. There are Icons and Heroes from women’s football history added to Ultimate Team.
Chemistry remains the same, with one additional way to link players across men’s and women’s football.

All players still link with others from the same league and nation (e.g., Liga F players link with other Liga F players, all Spanish players link with other Spanish players, etc.).

You can also link women’s footballers with men’s footballers from their affiliated club (e.g., all Liverpool players link with one another, all Real Madrid players link with one another, etc.).
All players in Ultimate Team are rated based on their real-world performances and the level of competition they encounter. These ratings are consistent across game modes. For example, a player rated 85 in Kick Off will also have a base OVR of 85 in Ultimate Team.
Yes. Women are available in SBCs, Objectives, Moments, and available in future live service campaigns, just like men.
