How it Works
FGS Swap Tokens work similarly to other FUT Swaps: you earn a token as a reward to use in a specific set of SBCs, where only those
In short, this is how it works:
- Link your Twitch and EA accounts;
- Watch 60 minutes of an eligible FIFA 23 Global Series event;
- Receive your player token in-game within 24 hours after claiming the reward on Twitch;
- Tune in to more eligible events to earn more tokens;
- Redeem your player tokens in-game for untradeable pack rewards.

How to Link your EA Account to Twitch Accounts
- Go to the Twitch and sign in into the account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards (create a new account if you don’t have any);
- Enter your EA Account info on the [Connect with Twitch] screen and click [Next];
- Enter your security code and click [Log In];
- Click the [Yes, link them] button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.

How to Get the Rewards
Like other Swaps programs in FUT, you must choose which pack rewards you want to unlock based on how many Player Tokens you have earned and saved.
Four repeatable Squad Building Challenges are available and remain active throughout the season, so you can constantly earn tokens to submit and keep the rewards coming.
Depending on the number of tokens earned by watching the Global Series, you can spend them on a less valuable SBC with fewer requirements or save up for the best rewards.

How to get FGS Swaps in FIFA 23?
If your EA and Twitch accounts are linked, all you have to do is watch at least 60 minutes of a selected stream.

It can take up to 24 hours after you redeem the FGS Player Token on Twitch for your Player Token to be awarded in your account.
How long do I need to watch to earn an FGS Token?
You will earn an FGS Player Token for tuning into at least 60 minutes of an eligible FIFA 23 Global Series event.
Do I get more tokens if I watch for more than 60 minutes?
No. You can only get one token for each event. However, there are additional rewards based on how long you watch the stream.
How many FGS tokens can I earn per event?
You can only earn a single token each weekend by watching 60 minutes of an eligible event.
Is the token available only for selected viewers?
No. If you link your EA and Twitch accounts, watch at least 60 minutes of an eligible event, and claim your rewards through the Twitch rewards system, you are guaranteed to receive an FGS Swaps Player Token.

It’s easy to link EA and Twitch accounts. Just go to the dedicated page or follow the instructions published on this page.
What if I linked the wrong EA account?
If you linked the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account, don’t disconnect EA from your Twitch in the settings because it won’t unlink them. Instead, follow these steps:
- Log into your account on ea.com and go to your [Profile] page;
- Choose the [Connections] tab, then delink the Amazon profile;
- Click [Contact Us] at the top of help.ea.com;
- Choose FIFA 23 as your game;
- Pick the platform you play on;
- Click [Manage my account] for the topic;
- Click [Account linking issue] for the issue;
- Click [Select contact option];
- Click the link that says, click here to unlink with our tool.
- Go to twitch.tv;
- Go to your [Settings];
- Click [Connections];
- Scroll down to [Other Connections];
- Click [Disconnect] next to Electronic Arts.
