FIFA 23 features more national teams than its predecessor. There are new options for both
These new additions aren’t exactly a surprise. After losing 18 national teams in just one year, the range of teams you can use in the different game modes has increased due to the kick-off of the game being released a few months before the biggest football competition on the planet: the FIFA World Cup.

FIFA 23 Competitions
EA has developed the most extensive and comprehensive network of partnerships and licenses in the sport. Like previous titles in the series, FIFA 23 will feature plenty of competitions worldwide, with national leagues and continental tournaments included.
The Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 are completely exclusive to FIFA 23, so fully licensed versions will not appear on any other game. The game also features several other international competitions, fully-licensed:
