The Web App is live! Take a few minutes to check out our tips before diving in. The FC 27 season has officially kicked off!
FC 27 Web App is Live!
You can now access the Web App and start your FC 27 journey. Before you jump in, we suggest giving our quick guide a read. It’s short and especially handy if this is your first time using the Web App during early access.
HAVING TROUBLE GETTING IN?
If the FC 27 Web App won’t open, try these tips: check the URL, use a different browser, clear your browser’s cache, make sure your browser supports WebGL (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera work fine), and turn off any browser extensions. Lots of players are logging in at the same time, so if it doesn’t work right away, try again later.
SET UP LOGIN VERIFICATION
You need login verification to access the Web App. You can use Google Authenticator, backup codes, or verify via email or SMS. To set it up, go to your EA account here and enable verification.
NEW TO ULTIMATE TEAM?
New players can’t access the Web App early. Only accounts with a security question set on console before August 1, 2026, can join. You’ll need to start Ultimate Team on console first.
PACKS
Besides the starter pack, how many packs you get back depends on your FC 26 activity, not your account age. If your account was banned, you’ll need to fix that first.
UNLUCKY?
It’s not really bad luck. Getting top players like Vitinha in your first pack is super rare. Welcome-back packs might be a bit better, but they don’t promise high-rated players. Keep expectations realistic.
BUYING MORE PACKS
To buy more packs, you’ll need to use the coins you earn. FC Points can only be transferred through console (early access or full release). EA Play subscribers can move their FC Points from FC 26 to FC 27 during early access.

CAN’T MAKE COINS?
Flipping cards is tricky in the first days because the market is small. Be patient — it’ll settle down after the full launch.
