FC 24 uses the location of where you purchased the game to determine what languages to support. That’s why Chinese, for example, is not supported in certain countries, such as the UK. If you want to play with your native language on the screen, you need to be sure about the languages included in your region.

If you start the game and it is not in your preferred language, you can change it without effort. For PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, whenever you log into FC 24, it will ask you what language you want to load up the game. You need to scroll through the flags and select your language of choice. You don’t have this option for next-gen consoles, but you can change it in the game settings.

How To Change the FC 24 Screen Language
  1. From the main FC screen, navigate to [Settings] and [Settings] again;
  2. Hover over [Game Settings];
  3. Use the Right Stick to scroll right until you see [Language Select] and the flag of the active language;
  4. Press X/A and select the language you desire.
If you want to play with your native language on the screen, you must be sure which languages are included in your region. The following table shows the screen languages available in each region. PlayStation provided this information, but, in certain cases, it doesn’t look to be accurate. That’s why you should use it only as a reference.

Audio Language


Audio commentary is region locked but, in certain situations, you can download commentary languages as DLC. English, French and Spanish (South American) are the only three commentary languages available everywhere. If you want to play with your native audio language and it is not one of these three, you need to be sure about the audio languages in your region.

How To Change the FC 24 Commentary Language
  1. From the main FC screen, navigate to [Settings] and [Settings] again;
  2. Select [Game Settings];
  3. Once in the Game Settings screen, use R2/RT to go to [Audio];
  4. Press R1/RB once to show the [11-A-Side Audio] options;
  5. Choose the Commentary Language and press X/A to download it if it is not available.
From this screen, you can also choose if you want to enable or disable audio updates on injuries and the volume level of stadium ambiance and commentary during the match.
