End to End Camera

Pro
This camera type will follow your Virtual Pro (as player or goalkeeper) and is useful when playing Pro Clubs/Be a Keeper mode. It is also used in Rush.

How to Change the Camera Angle

You can change the active camera view before a match, during a match, or from the game settings menu.

How to Change Camera Globally
  1. From the main FC 26 screen, navigate to [Settings];
  2. Select [Game Settings];
  3. Press R1/RB once to go to the [Camera] menu and change the camera.
Changing the camera view during a match won’t save your selections for the next game, as they will reset to the default settings in the Game Settings before each match. To permanently adjust the camera angle, go to the Game Settings section in the main menu.

You can set a camera view to each match type from the Camera Settings screen.
  • Single-Player Camera;
  • Multiplayer Camera;
  • Locked to Player Camera;
  • Clubs Camera;
  • Be a Keeper Camera.

Camera Settings

Selecting the camera is just one way to customize your experience. In the game settings, you can also set the Camera Settings to Custom, giving you the flexibility to adjust various elements if you want to modify the angle from one of the standard options:

  • Camera Height (from 0 to 10);
  • Camera Zoom (from 0 to 10);
  • Far Side Focus (from 0 to 10);
  • Ball Tracking Speed (from 0 to 10);
  • Penalty Area Zoom (from 0 to 10);
  • Pro Camera Zoom (from 0 to 10);
  • Pro Camera Speed (from 0 to 10);
  • Pro Camera Swing (from 0 to 10);
  • Power Shot Zoom (on/off).

The Best Camera Settings

When you first launch FC 26, the default camera will be set to the EA Sports GameCam. However, many players in the community feel there are better options. You may feel the same way too.

Achieving the best camera settings is easier than you think. Whether you want a broad view of the pitch or a tighter focus on the player with the ball, FC 26 offers a variety of camera options. The key is to experiment with different settings to find what works best for you.

If you’re unsure where to start, consider our camera settings recommendations for both casual and competitive players.
  • Casual Players
    1 Co-Op | Height: 20 | Zoom: 0
    2 Tele-broadcast | Height: 17 | Zoom: 0
For casual players, we recommend using the Co-Op camera, with the height set to 20 and the zoom at 0. This setup offers a comfortable and immersive experience.

Alternatively, the Tele-broadcast camera is a solid choice. While the height and zoom are subjective and depend on personal preference, it’s best to avoid zooming in too much so you can see the entire pitch without losing track of the action.

  • Competitive Players
    1 Tele-broadcast | Height: 10 | Zoom: 0
    2 Co-Op | Height: 17 | Zoom: 3
Competitive players often favor the same two cameras, but in reverse order. Both are considered standard and are widely used by players across all levels.

The Tele-broadcast view gives you a clear view of players on the opposite side of the pitch, while still offering a sharp focus on the player with the ball. Co-Op, on the other hand, offers a wider perspective of the field, making it ideal for players who frequently pass or switch plays.

Both camera types can be further customized by adjusting the height and zoom. To get the most balanced view, we recommend keeping the zoom below 5 and adjusting the height between 10 and 17 for the optimal field perspective.
