FIFA 16 Wishlist and Rumours: Improvements and Innovations

This is the time of the year in which everyone has an opinion. Everyone dreams with the perfect FIFA. This year, it is the FIFA community who has the chance to tell us what they want. Share your FIFA 16 wishlist with us in the comments section.

The FIFA gamers have lots of requests. The most popular one is to improve the servers. To make pace abusers life harder is also a very usual request. Many people is keep asking the Web App return and the end of the Price Ranges. They also demand a better AI and the end of many minor bugs that carryover from FIFA to FIFA.

Which chances they have to see their requests in FIFA 16 ? Continue reading to find out…

FIFA 16 Wishlist and Rumours: Improvements and Innovations

Here it is a summary of the improvements and innovations that will (not) be added to FIFA 16:

    Servers
Every year we ask better servers. And every year it is the same thing: EA don’t improve their servers according to the estimated audience growing. This year, it will be the same story. For sure.

    AI
In FUT 15, pace abusers were king. EA Sports already recognize it and they promise to fix it for FIFA 16.

    Transfer Market
Do you know someone who never got a player stuck into the transfer list ? Or someone who never got without coins and cards after making a buy ? Probably not. These problems happened in previous years but this year it was too bad to be true. Unfortunately, we don’t believe in good changes for FUT 16. It will be better to get used to it…

    Web and Companion App
Web App and Companion App were turned off for more than a half season in FUT 15. It is something unacceptable for those who paid a full game. Maybe EA will bring us something good about it. Or not. Turning off forever is not an option.

I have quite a few improvements I’d like to see for Ultimate Team next year, but EA will almost certainly not take the time to add them into next year:

    – Greater rewards for reaching the higher divisions in FUT/staying in it. I am in Division 1, and it is very tough to stay up – yet when I do, I only get 7,500 coins. Staying in the higher divisions is worthy of some more recognition than enough to get a Premium Gold Pack and I’d love it if maybe you got a larger amount at the tougher end of FUT. I’d also like to see a longetivity reward system in place – much to my shame I have played 1000+ games on FUT and I would love it if I got a bit extra at the end of games for sticking with it for so long – nothing major, just maybe a slight multiplier on coins at the end of games, or a special pack once you reach a certain milestone of games (5k gold pack after 100 games, 7.5k after 200, 15k after 300 etc)

    – FUT seasons v a friend should be bigged up IMO. I loved the fact that the games against your friend now count towards a Head to Head record and seasons, and I think there is room for so much more. Firstly, there should be a log of all the games you have played with your friend (as well as each squad you used as well), a reward for winning the season (not ridiculous to avoid exploitation, but something substantial). It would be great to have the option to organize an online FUT tournament as well, for you and your friends – with the tournament winner getting an actual trophy and prize at the end of it too.

    – Player stats in your club need a huge revamp. Imagine all the stats you get at the end of a game (pass accuracy, shots, tackles etc). Wouldn’t it be great to have all of that in one giant database for each player? I would have a log of all your FUT games so that you can see each and every performance, all your best wins and your worst losses. You could sort the players in your club by pass accuracy, number of shots, final match rating, any category you want. You’d be able to see a break down of base stats too – how many goals they’d scored in a particular team (say a standard BPL) compared to another (an ambitious hybrid). And a reward system could be tied into that, so that the better a player plays, the more rewards you get.

I agree with you in everything. Besides that, your suggestions are easy to implement.

  2. The player controls on the IPad are no way as good in FIFA 15 as they were in FIFA 14. Passing isn’t as good, shooting is less accurate & crossing is harder. Add to that how difficult it is to move players off the ball & it all makes for a poor game.

The next thing is everyone old favourite, the servers, always being down.

  3. Transfer Market Search filter needs to improve along with the options OVERALL, PACE, SHOOTING, DRIBBLING, etc

  4. Also on consoles if you could select a maximum ping that opponents may have, or if it gets high in a game that you get an option to quit because of it.

    And remove scripting!

  5. It would nice to have a commentary option to turn off ‘stories’ eg in FIFA 15 being able to turn off all the world cup stories that got boring a few weeks after the game was out

Great suggestion. I’m sick of hearing what happened to the players in the WC.

Though it probably won’t happen for next FIFA, I would love there to be a second set of commentators to run alongside the main pairing (for UK users like me it is Martin Tyler and Alan Smith). There’s only so much you can take of the same two voices for everygame and it would be great to have different opinions or maybe a harsher commentator on the mic.

At this moment, the only chance is to choose another language. Maybe in the future they will do it.
