League Squad Foundations are milestones objectives released for each major league, that reward who complete it with special untradeable player items. Each league features five players, opening all kinds of squad building potential.

How to Access the League Squad Foundations Objectives
  1. From the FUT main screen, navigate to [Objectives];
  2. If you are not on the upper [Objectives] tab, press R1/RB and L1/LB to select it;
  3. Press R1/RB once to select [Milestones] tab;
  4. Scroll down to the respective objective.

Milestones objectives are released in unknown dates but they are usually out at 6 pm (UK time). As soon as each an objective is live, it remains available until the end of the game.
